Parents washing and bathing their disabled son

Q: I have a seven year old son that is disabled.

Since he is incapable of seeing to his needs, his mother and I attend to him and bath him, change his diapers, wash him, change his clothing, etc.

1. We always try to attend to him in private so that his satr is not exposed to people unnecessarily. However, is it permissible for us to look at his satr while bathing him, changing his diaper, etc, to ensure that it has been cleaned adequately?

2. When performing his istinjaa and cleaning his satr area, I do so with my bare hand. Sometimes, I need to apply medication to these areas as well and do so with my bare hand. Is this permissible?

3. When he gets older, will it be impermissible for his mother to attend to these needs of his? If so, at what age will this apply?

Zakaat on outstanding payment

Q: I had an agreement with a government department since 2004 to supply them with parts (quantity of 30) and they took 15 parts from me in 2005. They did not pay the amount for the 15 parts. The remaining quantity was held up in our stock.

After about 14 years, now they picked up the remaing quantity of 15 parts, and then they paid the whole amount of 30 parts.

Is zakaat due on this money when it is received? Or is zakaat due on the last 14 years?

Bringing children from one's first wife to spend the night with one in one's second wife's house

Q: I have made up my mind to take a second wife. I have four young children from the first marriage. I am concerned about not being able to spend enough time with the kids to participate in their tarbeeyah as I am a busy doctor and usually come home after Maghrib. Can I keep some or all of my kids with me when I am spending the evening and night with my second wife?

Taking a longer maternity leave

Q: I am a college teacher. My winter break started from 23 Dec 2018 to 18 Feb 2019. I delivered a baby girl on 26th Dec 2018, just three days after the start of the winter break. I am entitled to 6 months maternity leave.

Can I submit the said leave after my winter vacation is over so that I will get 6 months more with my baby? The leave rules in our state mention that maternity leave can be availed a little before delivery or after delivery. Is it wrong if I show my delivery date a month later in my documents?

Is enjoying peace in the grave a sign of entering Jannah?

Q:

1. According to hadiths, the believer who is able to answer the three questions from the angels sent to the grave for questioning will be given a garden from paradise and will have a pleasant experience inside the grave. Based on this alone, would the person experiencing this still have anxiety on the day of judgement?

2. Would this blessing of the grave already give them an indication as to how their fate will be decided? Does being blessed in the grave and the lack of punishment mean that the fate has already been decided by Allah Ta'ala?
