Q: What is the status of a person who insults Hazrat Abu Bakr and Umar (radhiyallahu anhuma) or any other Sahaabi? May Allah Ta'ala protect us.

Q: This year while performing hajj, the Saudi Government directed the pilgrims to start performing the 12th dhul hijja rami after Fajr due to excessive heat and overcrowding to avoid any untoward situation. So, we performed the rami before zawal on 12th dhul hijja. 

Is my hajj acceptable or do I need to perform anything to compensate for performing rami before zawal? Are there any rulings or views of scholars on performing rami before zawal?

Q: Is it permissible to acquire a rent to own car from a dealership?

Q: My daughter is of 4 months old. My mother in law trying to keep my baby away from me and taking my baby away from me. Please pray for me and my baby to get close to each other and my mother in law must not come between both of us. 

Q: Is it permissible to finance a car or a house through Islamic bank if the period of payment is fixed (e.g. 5 years) but amount of payment is fixed only for 12 months after which it is reviewed and adjusted for inflation? 

Q: Will hurmat e musaharat be established only by verbal communication with one's mother in law?

Q: I read the translation of Surah Fatah 2 days ago. In the last paragraph, Allah says mumin are strict/cruel for kuffar and soft for each other. They look for Allah's rehmat/fazal in rukoo and sujood. They have MEHRAB on their forehead (as a result of salah). 

I have been offering my prayer for 2 and half years. I have tried my best not to leave any salah but I have no mehrab. Does it mean I need any improvement?

Q: Can you please advise me on the following matter: 

A girl was married and is now divorced from her husband. There was a child (female) from that marriage. The girl is now going to perform Nikah with someone else. 

What is the position/relationship of the child (who is now reaching puberty) to her stepfather? Is the stepfather her mahram or non-mahram?

Q: I am 17 currently and I live in England. I like someone and he is 20 years old. We want to get our Nikah done as soon as possible but in the UK legal age of marriage is 18. Can I do Islamic Nikah at 17 and register it when I am 18 would it work this way?

Q: My wife and I have been separated for a year now, however in the start of 2024 we had a fight about my behaviour as I was battling drug addiction and my mental health was in question. During this fight I said talaaq 3 times and under the influence of drugs and not knowing the facts about Islam I said talaq 3 times. 

My wife forgave me after and we continued having a physical relationship. I love my wife and I am a revert into Islam as I wanted us to have stability and live according to the codes and morals of Islam. 

My wife is not a bad person. She just wants the best for me. I wish to sort my marriage out and seek assistance in becoming a better Muslim, a better husband and father.
