Q: In regards to the fitna of feminism arising, many of our Muslim women have fallen for this wherein if you try to advise them that university and offices is not a place for a Muslim woman, their argument is that Hazrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha) was a businesswoman. My question is: 

I find that using Hazrat Khadeejah (radhiyallahu anha) as an example of why they want to work in the corporate sector by saying that she was a businesswoman, etc. is very disrespectful towards the mother of the Muslim women. How do I explain to them that using the Sahaabiyyaat as examples is very disrespectful? 

Q: 

1. According to Islamic ruling, is it permissible for an aamil to accuse a person of doing jadoo (black magic) by getting information from jinn, doing istikhara or using numbers etc.? 

2. Is the above mentioned things sufficient evidence to blame and accuse a person of doing black magic, when the accused person denied it? 

3. If the evidence is not sufficient then is it a major sin for the aamil and those who believe him to blame and accuse a person of doing black magic?

Q: A family was going through difficulty and they got in touch with a Moulana who does amaliyaat to check if it's jadoo (black magic). The Moulana aamil blamed Rashid in the family of doing jadoo. 

After hearing this, the family accused Rashid of doing jadoo on the family. They are mentally torturing him, because of this Rashid has gone into depression. Rashid denied the allegations but because the Moulana aamil has blamed him, they are not willing to listen to him or believe him. The family is also gossiping to others about Rashid doing jadoo. 

What is the Islamic ruling regarding the three people; 

1. The Moulana aamil who did istikhara or checked via Jinn then blaming Rashid of jadoo, 
2. The family accusing Rashid of jadoo and 
3. Rashid who is being wrongly accused of doing jadoo?

Q: What are regarded as minor sins? Could Mufti Saab please provide some examples. 

Q: What is the correct understanding of an eclipse and performing Salaatul Kusoof? 

Is this a warning of azaab? Is it something a person should look forward to seeing? What should be told to children?

Q: I am a 17 year old girl and I have a strong inclination to wear the niqaab. However, my father and grandmother said no. If I wear it, a bit of chaos will start in my household and I will be shouted and sworn at. I am okay with that but I don't know if it is better to wear the niqaab or to keep momentary peace in my family.

Q: There is a scholar in our masjid, we used to ask deeni masail to him. 

One day me and my cousins were joking about him, like one acts like that scholar and other one comes and asks masla to him. Our intention was not to mock his fatwas, his knowledge, or his role as a scholar but his speaking style and body language. 

Did we commit kufr?

Q: Can a woman in iddat use baby powder? 

Can she use deodorant? 

Can she use soap?
