Q: I want to find out if it is permissible to do artificial insemination?

Q: At our school we want to ensure that all zakaats collected on behalf of Zakaat eligible learners is carried out according to Shariah. 1) According to imam Muhammad (Rahmatullahi Alayh) as mentioned in beheshti zewar, a page with a Quran Ayat written should not be touched at all without wudhu. Does this mean that all attached pages bound together e.g. fazail e amaal all cannot be read without wudhu?
