Revoking the Talaaq

Q: I gave 1 talaq so far to my wife. Now I don't have intention to give the 2nd. But I am not having intercourse for the last 2 mensuration periods that passed. Please advise whether the relationship is still valid?

Q: Please advise as to talaaq given out of anger, can I withdraw all 3 talaaqs given via text?

Q: My husband gave me talaaq on 2 separate occasions. He said the first time it was out of anger and didn't mean it. Does it count as 2? 

I'm currently in iddah for 1 week. He told me he revoked this talaaq. Does this mean we are back in nikkah even if I don't go back home or accept? 

Q: I did not know that after giving one talaq the marriage is still intact. 

So after divorce I said to myself that my nikah is not anymore and once said to my wife that I can't talk to you now... Is this one talaq ?

Q: I gave my wife talaq once and the fatwa council has approved the talaq on the 5th of May 2023 as irrevocable divorce talaq. My wife is in her iddat period and I wanted to ask that we want to get back together what is the best way to do so? Because I gave her one talaq. Her iddat finishes on the 5th of August.

Q: I am currently in iddat after my husband gave me 1 divorce (19/05/22).

He is messaging me that he wants a ruju but the Mufti Saheb I spoke to from our sharia council said that a ruju will not take place like this and I should just continue observing my iddat.

I feel that the Mufti Saheb knows our matters in detail hence this is why he prefers for me to just complete the iddat period.

I just want to know whether I should continue my iddat or just stop as my husband has said that he wants ruju over a text message?

Q: What is the meaning of revocable divorce?

Q: If the wife says that the husband said "I divorce you one time" and the husband denies that he said it. They keep on living like husband and wife. Is the wife committing sin as the husband did not give three divorces and is denying the one as well. 

Q: If divorce happend before rukhsati and no physical relations was done, what is the solution if I want to marry the same girl?

Q: Does a first talaaq have to be revoked by sex or can a husband say I take you back into my nikkah?
