Performing maghrib and esha salaah individually in Muzdalifah
Q: Can women read magrib followed by Isha individually in muzdalifah? Also can men do the same or is it mandatory to offer in jamaat?

Q: My concern is as follows:
Alhamdullillah, Allah Ta'ala has granted me the opportunity on several occasions to perform Umrah, as well as the opportunity of Hajj. The problem is, I have a problem with my haidh. I have an issue with stained discharge. At the time when I performed Umrah and Hajj, I was unaware of the fact that the discharge was in fact haidh. Hence I performed ghusl early, and very likely spotted after. It is very rare that I do not spot. There is a very high possibility that when I performed my Umrah, and Hajj, I required ghusl. Hence I would have performed all fard, wajib and nafl tawaaf in a state of impurity. Are the Umrah, and Hajj valid? Is any damm required from my side?
Q: A musafir offers 4 rakats Isha namaz after Maghrib salah at muzdalifa behind an imam who offered only 2 rakats (not sure if he was musafir or muqeem as few people offer qasr even muqeem) due to confusion but later once he comes to know, he offers 2 rakats Isha namaz alone. Is the namaz okay or not?
Note: He offered the sunnat and witr after the 2 rakats of Isha salah.
Q: When I was performing Hajj, in mina, muzdalifah and throughout that day where you stone shayateens etc... I noticed that before and after urination wadi has come out of my private part. I am also sure that wadi touches the ihraam which means that my ihraam may also be not clean during that time. I am worried that my hajj may not have been accepted or may be I have to pay for damm (hajj penalty)?
Q: I performed Hajj this year, Alhamdulillah. We were a group of five, out of which two women were on wheelchair. So we left Mina after praying Fajar on 12th zilhajj. Did Tawaf e Hajj and went straight to azizia, the men came back to jamarat but the women did not. Men pelted jamarat for women as their wakeel. Is the Hajj completed for women? (We did stay whole 12 zilhajj night in Mina).
Q: Is it permissible that after copmleting umrah, wife can cut her hair to come out of ihraam or only mahram (husband) can cut her hair?
Q: Alhamdulillah a few years back Allah had afforded me with the opportunity to perform umrah. We flew from Jhb to Madina, and from Madina then took a taxi to the miqaat to tie ihraam and proceed to perform umrah. However while flying we flew over the miqaat, and I was wondering, were we supposed to tie ihraam on the plane before landing in Madina. If yes, then should dumm be paid?
Q: What is the maslah regarding a woman who has her haidh during the days of Hajj?
Q: A friend and his family were not able to stay in muzdalifah on Youm-u-nahar in between fajar to tuloo', not even for 5 mins as they were forced to leave muzdalifah @12:30 (at night) as they were having toddlers and womenfolk with them, so they were not able to offer fajr namaz there in muzdalifah.
One mufti sb told that they should have left the women in mina and came back for wuqoof in muzdalifah, hence they have to offer damm. Another mufti sb told that there is no need for damm. Both are great Deobandi mufti's. What should they do?
Q: If a person performs tawaf in the lowest floor around the ka'bah (ie. the sahn floor), it is likely that he will (unintentionally) come in physical contact with women due to the crowd, especially close to the al-hajar al-aswad corner. Will he still be permitted to perform tawaf on this floor (whilst doing his best to avoid contact), or is it wajib for him to perform the tawaf on any of the higher floors where the risk of contact is less?
