Conditions & Fundamentals of Hajj and Umrah

Q: I need to know can you perform 2 rakaats wajib e tawaaf namaaz after Asr namaaz for Hanafi Maazab and if you did perform while you was there do you repeat the namaaz or is it valid?

Q: Is it advisable to make tawaaf with one's shoes in a bag. There are no more shoe racks in haram and it is difficult to enter and leave from same door.

Q: I have heard that the safa marwa area is not part of the Musjid proper itself, even though it is part of the haram. If that is the case, will it be permissible for me to perform safa marwa with my ihram sandals on?

Q: I would like to know the following: A sister over 45 years of age  performed hajj without a mahram. Is her Hajj valid?

Q: If a woman has enough money to perform haj, and a mahram from her family is going for haj, does haj become fardh on her and is he obliged to take her with him? These days, what is the amount that she needs to have for haj to become fardh on her (South Africa)?

Q: If a person has a huge debt to settle, is it permissible for him to go for hajj if he has a sponsor? The people that he owes have been waiting for a long time for their debts to be paid.

Q: Is it permissible to carry one’s shoes or sandals in a shoulder bag whilst making Tawaaf?  From what material should the shoulder bag be made of?

Q: My wife wants to perform Hajj with me leaving my son behind by some friends. She is still feeding the child. I am worried and do not want to leave the child behind as he is very sensitive and afraid of foriegn people. He wakes up at night and wants his mother all the time. I am trying to convience my wife to leave the hajj this year. Am I commiting a sin ? Am I obliged to take her with me for hajj?

Q: I would like to find out that during the 5 days of Hajj, is it compulsory for women to cover the face since no clothing or cloth may touch the face. I have heard from several people that it is compulsory to cover the face even if the cloth touches the face and it would be compulsory to pay a separate amount of dumm specifically for this. Is this view correct and if so, what amount should one pay?

Q:

1. A daughter In-law intends to travel to the Haramain Sharifain with her father in law (but with out the husband). Is this permissible?

2. Is it permissible for the mother In-law to travel to the Haramain Sharifain with the son in law?
