Q: I am planning to go for Umrah in Ramadhaan. We will be reaching Jeddah at around 10 pm and after immigration formalities we will travel to Makkah. We will hardly be reaching around Sehri.
The problem is that we will be too tired to perform Umrah immediately. Is it possible that we will not make niyyat of ihraam and after reaching the hotel, we will take rest and then the next day in the evening after Iftar we will go to nearest miqaat place and then make niyyat of ihram and perform Umrah.
Q: Zaid has a towel ihraam which is made in such a way that there are very small holes in the ihraam cloth. When wearing the ihraam, little skin is visible from the holes. Zaid prayed salaah, did his umrah and Hajj with the above mentioned ihraam on. According to Shariah is his salaah, umrah and Hajj valid? If it isn't valid, what should be done to compensate?
Q: I am going from Riyadh to Jeddah to my friend's hotel on Friday morning. I also have a plan to perform Umrah, maybe after performing jummah prayer in Jeddah or on the next day.
My question is that when, and from where should I have to wear Ihram for Umrah?
Q: My mother's age is 59 years and she wishes to do umrah but we have financial resources of only one person to perform umrah. I do not have money to perform umrah and be a mahram for my mother. So please advise if my mother can go alone to perform umrah?
Q:
1. Zaid is going for umrah next month with his family, after performing umrah, when in Makkah Mukarramah, he plans on going to Jeddah with his family to the beach and places of tourists attractions, on returning back to Makkah Mukarramah from Jeddah, is it compulsory for the family to have Ihram on and do Umrah again?
2. In the above situation, if it's compulsory for them to do Umrah and put on Ihram, can they put on Ihram from Jeddah, if not then from which place?
3. In the above situation, is there any way or leeway in Shari'ah that when going to Jeddah from Makkah Mukarramah on returning back to Makkah Mukarramah from Jeddah, the family don't have to put on Ihram and do Umrah?
Q: My husband's parents names were selected for Hajj this year. However, they have a shortfall of a lot of money. One-third of it. My father-in-law also has a credit card with money owing on it. However, he is not concerned about clearing his debt before going. Furthermore, he asked my husband if he can help him with the balance of the money, which my husband said he would take on his credit card. I am not in favour of this decision as it is a lot of money and we actually cannot afford to pay it every month but he is insistent. We have a family of our own and expenses every month, furthermore, my father-in-law has no sense of remorse that he is going to put his son into debt. Is this fair? Is this allowed?

Q: I have illness of urine drops and I am in umrah. During umrah, after I completed my tawaaf and went to saee, I feel drops come out on my ihraam. After I completed 1 round of saee, I went to the washroom to wash my ihraam. I made wuzu and again went for saee and started again from my second round and completed it. Is my saee valid?
