Respect for the Ustaad

Q:

1. A student has strong talluq with an ustaadh which does not show during lessons. If out of class other students feel as if this talluq is a problem what should be done?

2. When an Ustaadh is talking about something that is on a more informal note, how should a student maintain utmost adab?

3. When a student realises that an Ustadh has made a mistake whilst teaching should he do anything?

Respect for Ulama

Q: I have read somewhere that it is a right that (Muslim) scholars must be respected. Therefore, is it haram for a layman to argue or talk back to a scholar? Not in a rude way, but in a kind of casual manner, like he would talk to friends etc.

Faatiha

Q: Is it permissible to eat the food which is given in fatiha. Is fatiha permissible in Islam? If we receive such food then what is the hukum for the food?

Saying "Ya Muhammad, Ya Mansoor, Ummatak Ummatak"

Q: Is it permissible to recite the following as a Wazifa directly calling on Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam without believing him to be hazir nazir: 'Ya  Muhammad, Ya Mansoor ,   Ummatak Ummatak '  in order to gain the  Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam's spiritual  attention and tawajjuh. Is there any precedent amongst our akabireen of having done the same or similar and  what of someone who has done the above but not believing Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam to be hazir nazir?
