Q: I have been married for couple of years now and ever since my marriage my husband keeps talking bad about my family and how he did not get anything as dowry from my family. I have stayed with him for 1 year after marriage since he is unable to provide me visa in order to stay together. His job is not giving him visa so he buys business visa for himself and the only reason he is sticking to his job is because it's easy where he does not have to work. Person A buys a business for R 10 000 person B and then Person B pays off the R 10 000 (capital) + R 5000 (Profit) over 3 years. A business is bought and sold back to Person A. Is this Halaal?

Q: I want to ask that I live in Karachi and the asar time in my city starts from 3.27pm and the adhan for prayer is being called off by 4.15pm but I am a student. I have to go to coaching to take my classes and my class starts from 4.15 to 5.00 and there is a 5 minute break but in that 5 minute break there is such a rush of people so I am not able to pray my Asr Salaah and the next class begins from 5 - 5.45 but at 5.45 it is time for Maghrib. Can I pray before adhan is called?
