Q: I have been married for 15 years. Recently due to a financial problem my husband has distance himself from me saying that it's stress related. We are hardly together as a married couple should be. Please if there's a dua that I could read that would soften him and let us have the relationship we once had. I strongly believe in reading my duas daily but I'm not sure of anyone in specific.

He is ready for marriage and it is his wish to marry in the Sayyid family (lineage of our Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). How do I find someone as per his wish. Q: My husband gave me two talaaqs about three months or so and he said to me two days ago if I want my talaak, I can take it and go. Is this considered as my third talaak given or not and he was under the influence of alcohol and he was extremely angry.
Q: There are many colour dyes available in the market. It is said that using these dyes are haraam because it contains chemicals if they are applied on beard they prevent the hair from getting wet. It is obligatory that the beard should get wet while doing wudhu else our wudhu is invalid. Please clarify? Do these latest dyes cover the hair with a layer like nail polish or they bleach the hair with colour? Even if we use these chemical dyes the hair gets wet and washed while bathing. I fail to understand how only while doing wudhu they don’t get wet and washed? This defies logic and science. Please advise.
Q: Is it permissible to listen to anaasheed, nazms etc if it does not have any musical instrument involved and follows the rules of Shar'iah i.e. no singing by women. Also if it is not used for entertainment/pleasure and is not interfering in anyway with our ma'mulaat or daily routine?
Q: What is the ruling regarding saying "Khuda Haafiz" when departing from a meeting? I know that it is best to say "Assalamu Alaykum", but since "Khuda Haafiz" also has a good meaning, would it at least be better than saying "Goodbye"?

Q: Is it permissible to listen to shaairi that makes a person emotional thinking about the blessings of Allah Ta'ala and the Azmat of Nabi-e-akram (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)? This may make a person's heart soft but does not count as ibaadah, or does it?
Q: My question is my husband put adultery charge on me. My uncle said that your husband put adultery charge on you so i though that you don't want to live with him that's why I gave your husband mutual divorce agreement. But my uncle didn't tel me before divorce. My husband prepared the divorce agreement and didn't even inform me or didn't even take my permission. Is the talaaq valid?
Q: I intend opening a meat shop and distribution centre in a town some two hours from Cape Town insha Allah. My supplier is strictly halaal. As I will not slaughter any animals myself and will only pass on/sell to the public, do I need a halal certificate displayed in my meat shop or is a notice of the above procedure displayed in my shop adequate?
