Giving one's zakaat to one's brother

Q: My question has two part which are as follows:

1. Can we give our zakaat money to our brother who is not living with me nor with family, he is living alone and by his own living cost?

2. Our father and mother passed away last year. We seven brothers have contributed money for (Mom/Dad) their Tadfeen and Takfeen and I have paid 600 USD on behalf of my brother (lending) who is needy, so this year my zakaat money is 470 USD and can I count and cut this zakaat money from the 600 USD which I have paid on his behalf?

Annuling the nikaah

Q: I would like to know if husband and wife have gone to the MJC. The wife wanted a faskh but the husband didn't want. The MJC didn't grant one because there wasn't grounds for a faskh, but has requested that the husband and wife meet again at the MJC to discuss the way forward. My question is, can the wife go behind his back to another Imam or Sheikh and get a faskh without the husband even knowing about it or being notified. I have heard that there are some Imams that will simply issue a faskh based on the wifes story and not even bother to notify the husband. Is this valid?

Addicted to porn

Q: I need advice. I have a weakness of pornography. I can stop everything else but this one, I can't. I fight with the feeling and it goes sometimes when I listen to Quran but it comes back later. It keeps taunting and provoking me to do it. It is the only thing I want to stop. I read Quran and perform salaah everyday.

Superstitions

Q: My father commands that I fold one corner of my musalla after using it. He believes that Jinn will read Salaah on it and I will be harmed if I interrupt their Salaah. I have respectfully tried showing him that this is incorrect. However, he does not want to accept. He said he learnt this from his mother, hence it must be right. I do not want to show him the ruling that appears in Bahisti Zewar on the same; I fear that he may say something dangerous in a state on anger.

1. Is it necessary to follow his command in this matter?

2. If so, can I disobey it when he will not have any knowledge about it? Like if he is not around, for example.
