Reconciling after three talaaqs

Q: Five years ago, me and my husband were having problems in our marriage, so I asked for a third talaaq and he sent it to me via a text message. He said that he didn't do it from his heart. We are both still single and we haven't been married to anyone else, we both still love eachother. I want to know the ruling in this matter, what is the proceedure or was our divorce invalid?

When should one calculate zakaat?

Q: I sold my business including the stock before year and invested that money in another business right after selling. Do I have to calculate my zakat year since I have started my first business or from the date when I started my 2nd business? I am in doubt because money which I have invested is from my first business.

Telling one's wife "Get out of my life"

Q: Me and my wife have been married for two years now. We fight often because we both have anger issues but at the same time we love each other alot. One day, the fight was so extreme that my wife started screaming and she said "I need divorce". She was out of her mind. Now she says that she doesn't remember what happened to her and she swear to Allah that she never meant it. When she said it, I got angry. After a few minutes of talking, I also lost my temper and just angrily said, "Get out of my life" but I also swear to Allah that I never meant it. I was only saying this out of frustration but never ever meant it.

Is it talaaq-e-kinayaa because we both never meant what we said and we can put our hands on the Quran and say it. The next day I told her that I take all my words back, you are my wife and I love you. She did the same and then we hugged each other and had physical relation as well.

Discharge after passing urine

Q: I suffer with bad thoughts that come into my mind during istinja. I always wipe and check to see if discharge came out and would see white discharge. It would worry me if mani came out and so I would check after passing urine and before cleaning. Sorry for this amount of detail. Because I used to feel discharge coming out I would check again and again.

1. Should I stop checking and always consider it to be mazi and not mani?

2. Also, in order for it to be mani, shouldn't the volume of the amount be a lot. I always feel it's a tiny bit. That's why I've taken it to be mazi as it's time consuming and bringing back waswas in to my life.

Difference between mani and mazi

Q: For a long time now I have found it difficult to distinguish between the features of mazi and mani. I noticed that my everyday discharge has a smell to it, like the smell of mani. So when I do get mazi I feel it could be mani, but I'm always unsure. This is because it looks thin and white on my clothes, but after wiping, its majority white but looks a little yellow toward the end. The discharge is mostly thin and white, but the last part looks a little yellow.

1. Is ghusl fardh upon me every time I see the discharge look like this?

2. Every time I see, what looks like mazi to me, always has the same smell as mani, but so does my everyday discharge. I'm kind of confused?

Friendship with a Qaadiyaani

Q: What should be the conduct of a Muslim towards a person who is a Qaadiyaani (based on certain evidences like wearing particular type of abayas, wearing nailpaints all the time even during fardh ghusal and wudhu, claiming that she follows the maslak in which nailpaints have nothing to do with wudhu/ghusal viability) but have never called her so or have never been confronted for her belief except for a few occasions, on her social media raised voice for the persecution of Ahmadis. That stirred in our minds that she might be one... then we pondered, researched and thereafter find how to spot a Qaadiyaani female.... The said girl is our friend, but after this acknowledgment we try to maintain a distance but being roommates at a hostel and in our attempt to not depress her further through isolating her as she is already a detained student... we are not able to do it completely! We are in a different class so that implies that we aren't together all the time.

Please help us in this situation to protect our imaan from this fitnah and guide us to how we should behave towards her. She never talks about religious stuff and is unlikely to influence anyone with her belief, when she even has not disclosed it to us.

Travelling safr distance from watn-e-iqaamat

Q: I decided to travel to Dammam for 17 days. In between I went to some other town for 3 days which is approximately 200kms from Dammam.

My question is, after I came back to Dammam, do I need to pray qasar or full namaz? Initially it was more than 15 days stay so I was praying full namaz but after moving out of town and coming back and less than 15 days of stay left, so will it be qasr or not?

Is UID considered as abortion?

Q: The copper coil/IUD works mainly by killing sperm, preventing an egg being fertilized. But there is a chance of fertilization occurring, in which case the IUD also works by expelling this fertilized egg from the womb so it cannot implant and therefore pregnancy cannot occur. The women in most cases will not know if fertilization has occurred.

If there is a chance of this happening, even though it is a very small chance, is this considered abortion and therefore is the IUD haram?
