Repeating salaah if one finds impurity on one's clothing

Q:

1. If one finds any impurity, like a small amount of stool on his clothes, would the clothes be considered napak and would the prayers offered with such clothes need to be repeated?

2. What amount of a najasat renders a cloth napak and impermissible to pray with?

3. If I need to repeat the prayer, would only the Fardh and witr be repeated or also the sunnat and nafl?

Not reciting bismillah in salaah

Q:

1. Is reciting bismillahir rahmanir raheem before alhamdu in namaz obligatory? If one doesn't read bismillah before alhamdu, either in the first or second, third or 4th rakaat is their salah nullified?

2. Is reciting rabbigh firli in between sajadah obligitory? If one doesn't recite this inbetween sajda and just says subhana rabbiyal a'ala in sajadah and sits and says Allahu akbar and then goes into sajadah again and says subhana rabbiyal a'ala, is this incomplete and is the namaz nullified because the believer didn't say rabbigh firli between the sajadah?

3. Is it obligitory to say bismillah before or after any surah during namaz? If one doesn't, is their namaz invalid?

4. If a woman reads silently where her lips and tongue is moving but you cannot hear her, are her prayers invalid? She lives in a joint family, where her husband's cousins, both male and female come and go and she cannot say for sure who is at home and who isn't. It is a 3 floor house, with she occupying one room and the opposite room belongs to her husband's uncle and her husband's cousins.

5. If a woman has been praying normally but hasn't been saying bismillahir rahmanir raheem before surah fatiha (as in scenario 1) and hasnt been saying rabbigh firli in between the sajadah (scenario 2) and hasnt been saying bismillahir rahmanir raheem before or after any surah in namaz (as in scenario 3), and has been reading quietly and has been moving her lips and tongue and no one is able to hear her, has all her namaz been invalid if she has been praying like this? She was unaware that a woman is to pray aloud she knew reading quran should be read in a tone one can hear themself but she didnt know you are suppose to hear yourself during namaz

Talking to one's wife about divorce

Q: Please advise if any of these situations constitute a talaq.

1. Telling my wife that we should get divorced.

2. Telling her all the reasons why I want to get divorced in a state of anger, not intending to give a talaq at that point but planning to do so at a later stage

3. Saying "I've already decided" after being told by my wife to decide what I want to do before discussing it with her parents. This was in reference to the terms which I wanted to stipulate in writing before giving a talaq, particularly with regard to my visitation rights with the children. However, we did not go ahead with this and I did not give a talaq.

4. Saying "I'm sick and tired of your s***" in a state of anger (again as a reason as to why I want to divorce her).

Please note that I always suffer from doubts regarding my intentions after an argument with my wife even though I am very cautious of making sure that I don't issue a talaq at the point when any of those words are spoken. I am a bit confused but I'm not sure if I'm claiming that I'm confused just to try and save my marriage and this creates more doubt because I feel that maybe I'm being hypocritical.

Disposing of interest money accumulated by a body corporate

Q: I would like to query the issue below:

I am part of a body corporate of a complex based. The body corporate has been in place for about +/- 12 years and it has been run by the Muslim men of the complex. The complex comprises of various owners, Muslim and non-Muslim.

We have recently moved our banking over to FNB Islamic banking. Prior to this, we have accumulated an amount of +/- R22 000 interest money which we had kept aside after the move to Islamic banking. The body corporate is non-profit and we only act in the best interest and upkeep of the complex.

We as the body corporate would like to query if it is permissible or not to use this interest money as this money belongs to the complex which comprises of Muslim and non Muslim owners. We as the body corporate are held liable for the money of the complex.

The investment account which the interest was accumulated from was only opened as this is a law according to the CSOS act which is government regulated.

Please advise the correct manner/s in which this interest money should be dealt as we would like to make the correct decision going forward.
