Giving zakaat to one's sister

Q: My daughter is 43 years old, and is divorced for 9 years already. She has two daughters, 13 and 7 years and a boy 7 years of age. She is living with me since 2011. Her children are living with me and are going to school.

As my daughter is educated, she started working with an MNC, about 120 km from our home. She comes home every weekend to see us and the children. I am 78 and have no pension or any work. My wife is 76 and a retired teacher. Now, we are running the house with what my wife gets as a pension plus the amount which my daughter can spare from her salary and a fix amount which one of my sons is contributing to run the house. The problem is that now, my daughter don't want to stay away from us and the children. She doesn't want to work anymore. Here at home, she can't get any job. In that case it will be very difficult to bear the expanses to run the house. She doesn't have any extra money or jewellery. So she herself can't pay zakat. My question is: Is she entitled to get zakat from her brother or any other relation?

Salaah times

Q:

1. If sunset is 6.40, at what time should Salah be performed?

2. If sunrise is 6.25, what is the end time of Fjar Salah?

3. If magrib Salah is performed a few minutes early, will it be valid?

4. If in the absence of a watch, how do we look at the sky to know fajr and maghrib salaah times?

Putting money in an LIC policy

Q: My parents may have not been aware of LIC policy where we send money monthly and after many years we get back money with some extra amount. Now that extra amount is obviously interest (riba). As my parents have started that, they say that at last they will put the extra money in charity. Till then, we would be sending money.

Now because of us, the company would have to give extra money. Are we then responsible for his sin? Or we will be getting the same sin for him? In Quran ayah its mentioned that whoever eats riba after knowing its haram he will remain in hell forever.

1. Is this sin for us also because of him (company owner) giving us extra money? And due to us taking part in it, the owner would be little encouraged to continue his business. (As its obvious tht if a new customer comes in shop, the owner will be happy and would like to do more buisness) Then if the owner does more buisness and more people join the LIC policy. Now bcz of us many people joined and they may eat riba. Are we gonna get same sin of them (hell forever)?

Marrying a Christian woman

Q: I am from India, non-Islamic country. I love a Christian woman. She is chaste and religiously righteous (prays daily, neither eat pork nor do alcohol, etc.). But she considers Jesus as god. Am I allowed to marry her, even though, what she does is considered shirk?

Marital problems

Q: I'm married for 2 years. After nikkah I shifted to my husband in Germany. After marriage we realized that we are two different people. I wanted his love but he said that he is not attracted to me. This thing frustrated me alot and left me in a condition of stress and depression. We had no intimate relation. We had so many arguments and fights because we were not having the basic relation. When I saw that he cares about other relations and friendsand they are very important in his life and it does not matter whether I'm present in his life or not. I couldn't take on the ignorance and lack of love from my husband anymore and moved back to my parents. His parents, relatives and friends advised him alot that he should fulfill my rights. After three months my husband contacted me and said that for the sake of his parents he wants me to come back. He'll give me respect and we'll have kids but he doesn't love me. I'm very much confused about my decision. What should I do according to Islamic teachings? At this point it is very difficult for me to trust my husband. Should I take a decision of khula or should I give it another chance?
