Q: Is it right for a husband to leave his wife and kids and go stay with his mother even though they all live in the same yard? My father in law fell sick recently and was admitted in hospital so my husband didn't want to leave his mother alone to stay the night but he could leave his wife and kids to stay alone.

1. The worker explains the service and its disadvantages to the client.

2. If the client wants the service, he pays a certain portion of the payment upfront as a deposit.

3. The worker then uses some of this deposited amount to purchase a facility that allows him to complete the service.

4. The work is then done and shown to the client for approval or rejection within 25 days.

5. If the client approves it: the client pays the remaining amount, and the completed work is given to client, along with ownership of the facility.

6. If the client does not want it: the worker then cancels the facility, receives a full refund from the facility provider, and returns the full deposited amount to the client.

Q: Is online earning like Youtube, doing surveys online, installing apps, referring service and apps for others, etc. Many services and websites are available online for earning, that all work in Islamic perspective. Are they halaal or haraam?

Q: A woman spots pinkish discharge 5 days before her period date (she spotted the discharge on the 29th of November and she started bleeding on the 2nd of December) she does sometimes get her periods 3-4 days earlier, her normal habit is 10 days.

So my question is, should she count her Haidh from when she noticed the pinkish discharge or when she actually started bleeding?

Q: My wife was abandoned by her father when she was 15. and then sought by her father again when she was in her 20's. just because of the reason he was sick. Since then he has been regularly taking money from her. Recently he sold the family house and did not give her anything, and moved to another city and bought a house, knowing well that she cannot come to that city often , because it is far and also because of her job. but her father is regualarly pressurizing to come to that city and also regularly taking money from her. I would like to emphasize that he gives the money away which he takes from her and also the money from the sold house he had left over he is constantly giving that away too. This has been going on before i got married to her. she has three children from her previous marriage. Her father has never treated her as a daughter, but only as a source of money.

Now my wifes daughter is sick and her father is telling her to come to his city. In this scenario who should she prefer, her sick daughter (who is 12 years old) or the father. Her father is again blackmailing her that he is sick or something. I would also like to point out that his father also has his wife with him (who is my wifes step mother) and also relatives in that city. But he insist her to come every month and along with giving him money he demands gifts from her.

Also whenever he calls her or when she goes there, he demands from her to get a divorce from me, because i am abroad. This a brief scenario, Am i within my rights in the light of Islam to forbid her to go to him?

Q: I find it difficult to keep wudu sometimes due to a problem. I know that I can do salah as an excused person. I read online that the excuse has to continue for an entire salah time, not giving enough time to do salah (without the excuse) and then atleast once for every salah time after to stay excused.

1. My question is that it is difficult to be paying attention to my excuse for an entire salah time to see if I qualify to be excused. It would be difficult to see if my excuse occurs every five minutes. Am I missing something? Sometimes my excuse is better than other times, but sometimes it causes me to miss salah.

2. Also, I know the one that has an excuse for wudu has to make a new wudu for each salah time. However, if the salah times run into eachother, is this still necessary. For example, if one makes wudu for asr prayer and then finishes just as maghrib is starting, does one have to leave to go make a new wudu?

3. Also, I read the an imam who suffers from an excuse (such as incontinence or the like) is not allowed to lead a normal healthy person in salah. This seems quite unfair because the excuse is not the fault of the person suffering from the excuse. If it is not a distraction to the healthy persons prayer, then it should be permitted. What is your opinions on this matter?

4. A final question I have is that if one has impurity on ones clothes and one is out and unable to clean it and the time for the salah is running out, is it better to miss the salah or pray the salah with the impurity on ones clothes (or even skin). If the person does the salah, does it have to be made up later on?
