Leaving one's wealth to a relative after one passes away

Q: I have an elderly relative, who is unmarried, and whose closest family is her niece and nephew, and their children. These are her niece and nephew from her deceased sister. Beyond that she has cousins, and more distant relatives only.

She has asked me to get her an Islamic will, and advise her as to how the estate should be administered. I think she has the intention of leaving everything (or most of it) to her niece, who is struggling financially. Would this be permissible?

Discharge after haidh

Q:

1. A woman has a discharge problem all the time. Sometimes the discharge is clear and at times it is a yellow colour. If she has her haidh for 7 days i.e. blood and brown discharge and after the 7th day she starts her normal discharge i.e. clear for a little while and then yellow then will this yellow discharge be haidh?

2. Should she wait for ten to pass and then take a ghusl ?

How to come out of interest

Q: I am 18 years old. Some years back my mom took a debt from someone on interest because we wanted money to get my elder sister married and she took this decision to borrow money because my dad is not responsible enough as he had been through alot of business failures and was jobless..Its been 4 years and my mother has been paying interest from a really long time and now when we have no money the money lenders are troubling us alot... They torture us so much that sometimes I start losing faith in life... They torture us to the core... They scare us by telling us that if we don't give them money then they are going to tell this to all the people around and also my sister's husband which will lead to a utter shame for my parents... They speak so cheap about us that sometimes I feel that dying is much better than seeing your parents in this condition... We don't have money at all and day by day the interest has increased. Please make dua's for the betterment of my family and please tell me some zikr or dua to get rid of this debt... I'm tired and at this young age I'm falling apart...

Settling debts and funeral expenses before winding up the estate

Q:

1. If a person passes away and he has a debt of R1000 and his total savings are R1500, should the debt be paid off first eventhough it's more than 1/3 of his wealth and then R500 that remains be divided into 3 portions and fulfill the will from the 1/3 of R500?

2. And when paying for the funeral expenses, if it totals R100 for instance, will the R100 be deducted from 1/3 of his wealth or will it be paid first and then his savings be divided?.
