Q: I heard from someone that they had their bulls slaughtered at an abattoir on Eid ul Adha.
This is how it happened: they put the bull normally in a cage then turn it to its side, they slaughter it properly but they said that after they slaughter it, the abattoir shoots it in the head.
The reason for this is because after slaughtering it then the brain is still active so that is what the muscle of the bull contracts (the animal is dead once its slaughtered).
Then immediately it gets sliced same time. I wanted to know if this is ok?
