Talaaq

Q: If a Muslim girl tells a non-Muslim boy that all Muslim men are my brothers, does she become haraam to her husband? 

Q: my husband and I had an argument and I asked for talaq, he got angry and said 'you have talaq' the next day he said to me "I already given you talaaq" " you have your talaaq" does this count as 3 talaqs or just one? We then had intercourse and living together do we have to get married again or what to do? Please advice?

Q: My question is about Ielaa (oath) in surah baqarah aayat no. 226. Did Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) do ielaa? If yes, for how many days and was it completed or did Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) pay kaffarah? 

Q:

1. In the case of children's custody,if the mother does not remarry,who does the children go to?

2. After what age the children can decide with who they would like to stay with?

3. If the mother does not want the children to keep in contact with the father, what should be done?

Q: If my husband has divorced me for the first time and we did not inform anyone or the court. Can he revoke it during iddah without any eyewitness?

Q: I have married a woman who has one childern (6 year old girl) with a non believer. The childs father wants to visit his daughter and take her for weekends with him. He is taking her with him to pubs where people are non believers, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. Do I have a right as her stepfather not to allow this visiting, etc.? 

Q: I need guidance in this situation:

My husband is in jail for murder, and has not been incarcerated yet. It has been one year now and this is a cause of stress and pain to me. We have a child and I am getting no financial support from him nor his family. My child does not know that her father is in jail. I kept my child away from seeing him because I know how hurt my child would be. Due to this matter, am I able to get a divorce?

He is asking me to see his child, does he still have the right to see his child if he is in jail? If a divorce takes place, do I still have to bring my child to see him?

Q: My husband and I were discussing and while I was talking I said that I wanted to invest and got upset and said since you want to do things by yourself and said take your talaaq and go do whatever you want. Does it count as one talaaq?

Q: India courts has ruled against triple talaaq. Can you guide me on this judgement?

Q: If a husband gives one talaq over the phone saying "I give you talaq in presence of 2 witnesses" and the wife was in menstruation. Does this talaq take place and what is the time to reconcile as she is far away and her husband is not willing to talk. Some say within 40 days or else the talaq takes place. Is this true? This incident happened on August 7. She cant go back to the country anytime before September 10 or so. Also make dua for this couple that Allah Ta'ala reunite them and keep them with aafyiat. This whole thing happened due to a huge misunderstanding and argument.
