Q: My husband, 36, has been having an affair with my niece, 20, for the past few years. Everytime I confronted him he denied it and twists it around like I'm crazy and insecure. However yesterday I caught them redhanded in each others arms kissing, etc. What is the position of my nikah with him? We have 2 sons aged 16 & 14 and a daughter 11. He said that if you don't come in two days then always stay at your moms house. I asked him about his intention and he said that he did not intend divorce. 2. If a man utter the word talaq e.g. usne bola talaq talaq talaq and the wife is on the phone and she heard it? Does talaq takes place in both situations even when the man does not want give her talaq?
