Talaaq

Q: Me and my husband were living in U.K. I got divorced from him because of continuous arguments through the court of Pakistan. The court sent him a letter to inform him about the case and he received it but didn't hire any solicitor there. I got divorced from him after a few months but he never signed any letter neither said that he is giving me divorce. After two weeks of getting the divorce I got married with another person and I had nikah with him only for a month and I got divorced from him as well. Now I'm back in U.K and my first husband is claiming that I'm still his wife because he never divorced me and I asked through court but with false allegations that's why my second nikah and divorce doesn't count but actually considered as zina. Please clarify this issue I'm so confused.

Q: My husband and I have had a lot of issues for the last 3 years. He gave me two proper talaq in November by saying, I divorce you. Then he reconciled. Again we had some differences and he said a couple of times that "tum meri taraf sey farigh ho". He also sent me two messages saying "you are free from my side and I am not interested in this relationship anymore". He messaged me that this was the last message from him. He then left the house and has been away for a month. Now he's saying that talaq hasn't taken place and I should apply for khula if I intend separation as he had no intention of leaving me despite all his messages and words. Where do I stand?

Q: 3 days ago my husband gave me a divorce in one message by saying that as per your wish, talaq talaq talaq... And you are free from my side. But I have my periods in these days. Someone told me that when a wife is not in taharat, talaq cannot tak eplace and she gave me a refrence of Hazrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu), that once he gave talaq to his wife in anger, and when he asked Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), he said wait for her to become pure then you can give her a divorce if you want to... kindly guide me.

Q: Last night I had a fight with my wife and in anger I threatened her that if she countinue the same way then next time I will tell her 3 times talaq talaq talaq. Since my intention was not to give talaq, but unfortunately I said the words 3 times. I want to know whether my marriage is still valid or not. Honestly speaking I tried to threaten her and next time I will tell her. I am regretting on this since I made a big sin. 

Q: What does Halaala mean?

Q: If a husband and wife are not talking to each other since two to three years and they don't have any physical relationship, so will the wife automatically be removed from the nikaah?

Q: Where is lafz-e-kinaya in the Quran? Many scholars say that if a husband says go to hell with the intention of divorce, then will the divorce take place? I mean talaq-e-bain, can you please tell me is there any mention of kinaya words in the Quran?

Q: What are the conditions of a divorced couple reconciling or remarrying each other? Is this a possibility?

Q: My husband gave me 1 talak (no talak given earlier). I am staying at my parents home since 5 months.

1. Can I perform iddat period in my parents home after being given 1 talaq given by husband?

2. During iddat period, if the husband comes for rujju and I dont want to go back again, can I reject the rujju offer from my husband?

3. Can I do 2nd marriage after the iddat period?

4. Is the iddat period compulsory after 1 talak?

Q: My husband, 36, has been having an affair with my niece, 20, for the past few years. Everytime I confronted him he denied it and twists it around like I'm crazy and insecure. However yesterday I caught them redhanded in each others arms kissing, etc. What is the position of my nikah with him? We have 2 sons aged 16 & 14 and a daughter 11. My concern is custody of my children, should I choose to divorce. Please advice me of the way forward.
