Q: Is pre planned halalah permissible in Islam. What I have heard is that it is a major sin but will the marriage with the previous husband be valid if it was done only for the purpose of making the woman halal for the first husband?
Q: I would like to know the validity of the talaq given to me by my husband. He said talaq three times in one go out of anger. There were a few people present to hear the talaq and straight after, he called my father and said ‘I've given your daughter talaq come and take her’.
Currently we are living separately and we have three children together.
Also, when and how long does my iddah start. At the time of the talaq I was on my menses.

Q: I got married in 2008 and I have four children. Apart from this, my wife is also 8 months pregnant.
I had verbally divorced my wife thrice 10 years ago. After this we had ruju (rejoin) within a week.
After this, 3 years ago, I and my wife had a fight due to which I divorced her thrice in writting three years ago. But then we again rejoin (ruju) within a week.
But then after that, 2 days ago, I and my wife had a fight again, on which I placed my hand on the Holy Quran Pak and told her that I will not keep you and you are haraam, haraam, haraam on me and I said that after today you will be my mother and sister.
Is my wife now divorced or not and she is also 8 months pregnant?
Q: Khalid's wife went home for a long time. Zaid asked Khalid on WhatsApp whether he divorced his wife. Khalid said 'yes'. Meanwhile Khalid had not divorced his wife. They were just staying apart for some time. Does this 'yes' in reply to Zaid's question make it a divorce?

Q: My husband had given me talaaq six years ago. We made nikah again this year, however he again gave me talaaq three times. Thereafter in ramadaan he gave me talaaq three times in front of our family members. We lived together. Now in September, we did mutual divorce. Tell me is there any way that we can revoke the nikaah?
Q: My husband first gave one talaq but we resume (ruju) our relation. After few weeks he gave 2 talaq in extreme anger which I didn't listen because he didn't say them clearly. When I said say out loud and clear he remained quite. Later he said I did't have the intention to give you talaq.
I have two kids of 4 and 5 years age. So what does Islam say in this situation if 3 talaqs are complete or we have to do another nikah because of kinaya talaq?
Q: I had nikah last year. No rukhsati. He lives in UK so went back to UK after nikah. Then he started insulting me because of another girl and told me that we should get separated. I tried to talk him out of it but he said that we are not a good match and he is not happy. I also talked to his parents but he kept saying we should get separated.
After few months his parents started pressurizing him so he said that he want's to keep the nikah but he had insulted me enough because of another girl that I said I want a divorce now. He said he will come to Pakistan and we will meet and if we don't feel okay then he will give me a divorce.
He came to Pakitan and we met for lunch for three times and then I said I want a divorce because he kept saying insulting things to me. He said he doesn't want a divorce.
I filed for Khula case in court. 3 notices were sent to him in UK and he came to Pakistan for the last hearing. We appeared before the judge and we had a reconcilliation session. He kept saying lies so I said to the Judge that I cannot live with this man. The Judge gave the order in my case and gave a Khula order. I also returned the haq meher.
Can you please tell me that my nikah is now terminated? Am I eligible for nikah?
