Talaaq

Q: Suppose if I give my wife one talaq by word Insha Allah with the niyah of rejoining we are getting separated, and after that she is not fulfilling iddah. everyother day we are together. We are involved in sexual activity too. I found that that talaq is not valid. So to avoid doubt I said in my heart that I did rujoo in presence of Allah with my wife ( I took name and said daughter of Muhammad Iqbal). Will this talaq be issued? After sexual relationship is our marriage reconcieled automatically?

Q: Is there any difference in the ruling between the following two cases:

1. If one had written the talaaq in the absence of the wife, will it be valid? 

2. If one had written the talaaq in the presence of the wife, will it be valid?

Q: I was filling some form and suddenly the form came in Arabic and then it was written to click button what is your status like, Single, Married, Divorced And other, it was in Arabict so I understand divorce word in Arabic. I didn't click. Then other I was not understanding so to continue the form I click others I don't whether it's married single or other meaning so after I thoughts maybe you click it by single and you are married so your nikkah is finish these kind of thoughts coming.

I even don't know which status I click it but I do know it was not divorced click. Should I pay attention to these things?

Q: How does one determine that a person issued a particular type of talaaq to his wife. If a talaaq is used as 'I divorce you' how does the poor wife know if this is a talaaq-e-raj'ee (revocable talaaq) or talaaq-baain (irrevocable talaaq). Does it depend on the intention in the heart of the husband and if so how does the wife know which type of talaaq is issued?

Q: Can any individual or maulana run his own shop of darul qaza for faskh e nikah?

Q: My husband said several times that he wants to divorce me and wants to leave me... He said "you are divorced at this point" I am sending you divorce papers... I am done with you... I don't want to live with you... Am I divorced? He texted me all that. He is in Canada I am in Pakistan.

Q: Are the utterances of irtidad by an bipolar manic person considered? Will fasakh when in the state of mania take place of he's nikah? What happens when the Mania is induced to not being diagnosed in time, and no utterence of talaaq was mentioned, and yet the wife was removed from the marital home without the husband's permission, only for the husband to be told (not in writing) that his nikkah is over? Does the nikkah stand? What are the husband's rights?

Q: I was married in 2005. To date I have given two divorces to my wife. Now we are living together but my wife feels some insecurity that the third one can happen any time in anger. Now my question is whether I can surrender my divorce right to my wife by amendment in Nikaah Naama etc.

Q: If I give my wife one talaaq and we make up before iddah period expired, does this mean I only have 2 talaaqs left or still three?

Q: Me and my wife have split up and divorced but can we still stay in same house in seperate rooms as I being a lodger. This is for my childrens sake.
