Talaaq

Q: I have been divorced and got the English certificate and  the Islamic divorce certificate will be coming soon this week. I have known that I have to complete my iddah. I have been separated from my ex husband from april 2015 and applied my divorce on the June 2016. I have not seen him or slept with him. I want to say that do I still need to complete the iddah for three months or do I not have to when receiving the certificate. Can you please reply me. I am kind of confused. Because I have not been with him for more than a year.

Q: My brother just gave his wife divorce when he was really angry. He is now regretting it. He also does drugs. Is the divorce valid or not?

Q: If a husband and wife are having normal discussion and wife tells husband to let her go to kitchen to do some work and husband says okay, I leave you two times (mein apko chor deta hun) but without any intention of divorce, just in routine language. Then could it count as a divorce?

Q: I applied for fasgh and my husband gave me one talaaq. The second month in my iddah we had intercourse but he didn't utter the words that he withdraws his one talaaq. Are we still married? Mufti replied we are still in nikaah and the one talaaq is valid. What does that mean? Can mufti make it clearer for me?

Q: My question is regarding divorce. My wife used to talk to a person. I told her that if she talks to that person again, our nikaah will be broken. Now I have realised that I should not have said that and want to allow her to talk without our nikaah being broken. What can be done?

Q: Can a khula take place if the reason for khula is that the life style of groom and bride are not the same. And the bride doesn't ask for khula directly to her husband i.e groom instead it was asked to the grooms parents?

Q: My husband is demanding an amouny of 12 laakh for khula. The amount of haq mehr was 50,000. Is it justified to ask for such a huge amount for khula? I am unable to afford this amount. What should I do?

Q: I gave talaaq to my wife. I was drunk. Is it valid? After reading triple talaq" or pronouncing divorce three times in one sitting, is invalid Islamically and should be considered as one divorce only. Therefore this would be counted as one declaration of divorce by your husband. So you are still married. I am a bit worried because I cant remember anything. Please do let me know its urgent.

Q: If husband and wife after nikaah and before rukhsati go out for just a drive and don't have some sexual relation, in that case the husband give three talaqs to his wife? So now can he get her as his wife again without halaala? And also if the husband has this thinking in mind that tajdeed-e-nikah will be obviously done before rukhsati that's why he didn't have that fear of talaaq and also he had wanted to pressurizee the wife, he just didn't mean that?
