Q: I am writing as I am very confused regarding my Haidh. Before giving birth, my Haidh lasted a week. I had my baby via C-section on 3rd Jan 2017. Bled for 40 days. After that, I considered it Istihaadhah and started reading Salaah. On 22 Feb 2017, I started bleeding again, this time like my normal Haidh. But because there was not a 15 day clean period in between, I continued Salaah. I stopped reading once the 15 days from Nifaas was up and then only considered it a period. The bleeding ended on 9 March 2017. On 19 March 2017, bleeding started. This time also exactly like my Haidh but because 15 days in between hasn't passed, I'm confused. Since the first period after Nifaas wasn't after 15 days of cleanliness, all future calculations are going off. Please advise as I know this is Haidh bleeding but have to continue Salaah each time. Jazaakallah.
Q: One of my friends mother is in iddat and his daughters husband came to talk to her and they ate together, is this permissible?
Q: A woman got her periods, however the flow was exceptionally light and only lasted 4 days as opposed to the usual 6 days. Also the usual symptoms that come along such as period cramps were not experienced. It has been 10 days and she has gotten her period, this time it is normal unlike the previous haidh. However should she consider this haidh or istihadah?

Q: I am a single daughter of my parents and they have become very poor and weak. They are not able to earn anymore. I am a graduated girl and I want to work in order to provide for them. In 6 months I would be getting married. My in laws are not allowing me to work. The kind of jobs I get is mixing with opposite sex. The company told me that they'll provide me cab facilities and I would be going alone with the driver and a guard either male or female. My father is suffering from severe illness. Is it haraam for me to work? Or should I ask my relatives for help?
Q: What is the ruling of a husband who forces his wife to go out and work due to his negligence in fulfilling his obligations as a husband, in providing for his spouse's needs in terms of clothings and other personal provisions which a woman requires. However, he has the means to provide for her.
Q: I feel something in my vagina. When I check it, its sticky like jelly and sperm, and pinkish in colour or may be red. Is its menses or can I perform gusal? When I checked second time then white normal discharge came out.
Q: I read your answer about women studying in universities. You say its not good? Why? Islam never stopped womens rights. Me and my friends study in university in abaya. We never talk to boys unless its necessary. But you are saying it is bad, it is haram. So that means women should not go to universities? I know many people who bound their women in houses and don't allow them to go for education. I am very sad after reading it. That means women don't have right to go and study if she likes to study and men can do anything? Why? Men can marry the girls too who are not Muslims?
Q: Do you'll have any article/detailed fatwa explaining the impermissibility of women attending university to become doctors, with the reason that 'we need Muslim female doctors'. Many have this understanding. Even some ulama. How should one reply to them?
