Zikr & Dua

Q: In my local Musjid sometimes after magrib salaah they do mehfil zikr for about 5-10 minutes. They would start off by turning off the lights and we would sit on the floor and have a main person who guides us through the zikr. Throughout the zikr I heard things or words that I have never heard of such as 'Haqhu' and 'Jalashanoo' they would say it in quite an aggressive way which gave me doubts regarding the zikr that had been taking place. My question is:

1. Is this whole gathering permissible?

2. The words used in the aggressive manner 'Haqhu and Jalashanoo' , can they be used?

3. What is Imam Abu Hanifas opinion regarding mehfil zikr?

Q: Can we recite darood or kalima's or anything else in the state of janaabah?

Q: Is it permissible to recite ayat-e-karima and durood tunajjina during haidh?

Q: Is durood e tunjeena shirk or it is ok recite it?

Q: Let me know of a short durood that can be recited in abundance and easy to memorize.

Q: What is the correct way of making dua in Urdu? Should we say "Yaa Allah aap?" or "Yaa Allah tu?"

Q: Is it permissible to recite Salawaatun Naariya? I read in a few websites that it is an innovation and should not be practiced. But here in India people recite it to attain rewards or achieve any specific goals like 41 times or 313 times or 4444 times. Please, I kindly need your help in this issue and guide me because I've been asked to do the same. I want to know if it is permissible to recite salawatun naariya or is it an innovation?

Q: Is permissible to use a tasbeeh which has beads made from camel bone?

Q: I received a message posted on social media about a Durood Sharif Majlis at a Darul Uloom during which a person present in the Majlis had a vision of Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam telling him that it was his desire that such Majalis should take place everywhere. A scholar who was present there and to whom this was narrated stated that it was his heart's desire that Durood Sharif Khatams should be established in all Darul Ulooms.I know of a Darul Uloom where such a Khatam takes place. I wanted to know should I attend or not? If not, would you be kind enough to explain to me why as I see no obvious reason why I shouldn't?
