Jewellery and Rings

Q: Are women allowed to wear rings on the shahaadah finger (index finger), baby finger or thumb?

1. Can a female wear stainless-steel rings that are gold-plated or silver-plated?

2. Besides rings, can a woman wear other jewellery that is not made from gold or silver e.g. earrings, necklace, bangles, etc?
