Q: I felt like my urine came out in my sleep. I touched my pants by hand but couldn't judge. I was feeling some dampness. I then touched the pillow and the blanket to get up and when I checked my underwear was slightly wet. I'm assuming it to be urine. I cleaned the phone etc as I touched it after touching my pants. What do I do about the pillow blanket etc. Are they impure as well. I didn't see any wetness but after touching my pants I touched the blanket and pillow.
Q: There was dry blood on my underwear. My hands were wet and I accidently touched it while changing pads. I did not see any visible traces of it on my hand. A drop of water from my wet hands fell on floor but I could not see traces of blood. I accidently stepped on the drop and walked around. Did the house floor get impure?

I try to wash those places after I am done but sometimes while washing the water falls on floor and on my feet. Is this water impure? Do I need to wash my feet and floor? Will I be impure and spread impurities? Also when using toilet if there are some impurities on the seat or shower, can I clean it by wetting the tissue and wiping it and then wiping with dry tissue because if I pour water, the impurities will spread on the floor making the floor napaak.

I avoid those areas of impurities so after I do wudo and close the door where the impurity isn't there will I become napak? I have read namaz many times before after doing so, did they not count?
