Q: Is it khilaaf e sunnat to make miswaak in the musjid like the Arabs do prior to salaah to get seventy times more reward?

Q: Is spiderweb (cobweb) impure? If one notices some dreads of spiderweb after the has prayed on his face does he need repeat prayer ?

Q: Is there any mazhab that says you can make masah on normal socks?

Q: I have a continuous gas problem, all the time gas is released, I find it difficult to make wudhu all the time, can't I classify myself as a mazur?

Q: When we are taking wudhu, if before finishing the wudhu, we stop to talk to other people out of necessity or answering phone call for quite some time, do we have to re do the wudhu or can we just continue from where we have stopped? Please answer based on Shafii madhab.

س: الاستنجاء واجب بعد خروج النجس من السبيلين. هل يجب الاستنجاء قبل كل الوضوء؟ هذا مقصودي. إذا أنا إستنجيت مرة بعد خروج النجس من السبيلين، و بعد ساعتين مثلا، أريد أن أتوضأ  - هل يجب علي الاستنجاء قبل الوضوء (إذا لم يخرج النجس من المخرجين)؛ و لكن وقع في رأسي الشك بخروج النجس، و لكن لا يوجد اليقين أو العلم اليقيني بأنه خرج النجس من الفرج مثلا. في الحالة الموصوفة يجب الاستنجاء أم لا؟ هل يجب الاستنجاء قبل كل الوضوء؟ أو ذلك مستحب فقط لا واجب؟

السؤال الثاني: هل يجب الاستنجاء بعد خروج الريح من الدبر؟

Q: When we clean ourself after passing stool, is it ok to insert the middle finger of the left hand into our anus as part of the cleaning, to make sure that no dirt is left, and if we do this during fasting will the fast break?

Q: If the khuff has a cotton inner lining sewn in itself, is its lining is considered to be the khuff ? i.e. if on the leather in that case are 4 holes i.e tears, but the cotton innerlining at these tears is intact than these tears on the leather are of no consideration and they don't count as holes. Is this correct? I remember reading this in Halabi as Saghir it was attributes to Imam Muhammad.

Q:

1. How much water must a swimming pool contain in order for it to be considered paak if najaasat falls in. Should one measure according to  5m x 5m x 5m ie. according to volume?
2. Will chlorine and other chemicals purify the water and thus render it paak or not?
3. If clothes are washed in a washing machine, must the clothes be washed in 3 cycles of a rinse and spin?

Q: I recently heard from a Moulana whose name I will not mention and he does Hajj classes that when you are flying to Mecca for Hajj then:

1. In the Plane you can sit in your seat a read your namaaz as you are flying North and facing Qibla! Can this be done?
2. When making wudhu in the plane you can make massah over your woollen socks! Can this be done?
3. If you make wudhu in your room and then go to the Harem and you then break wind or go toilet your wudhu does not break due to the massive amounts of people in the Harem and it would be highly inconvenient to go and try to make wudhu again in the Harem! Is this a correct statement?
