When should miswaak be made in wudhu?

Q: I have a question regarding the duas which are recited before and after going to the bathroom ("Allahuma innee a'udhu bika minal khubuthi.." and "ghufranak, alhamdulillahilladhi adhaba 'anni..").
Should these duas be recited if my purpose for entering the bathroom is to do wudhu in the sink or to take a shower? Or is it only if I enter the bathroom for going to the toilet?
Q: If alcohol fell on my feet and shoes by accident, what should I do? Is ghusal necessary?
Q: When should khilaal of the fingers be made in wudhu? Should it be made after washing the arms till the elbows or after making masah of the head?
Q: A person did not wash a part of his body properly in wudhu, or forgot to wash a part completely. He finds this out after he has completed his wudhu and dried himself. Can he just wash that part again to make his wudhu valid or does he have to repeat his wudhu?
Q: I noticed a child had urinated a small amount on my bathroom floor. I wiped it dry, poured water over that area once, wiped it dry again and then sprayed and wiped with detergent spray once. Is that area considered paak?

1. If I have filth on my clothes less than a dirham size and my clothes get wet from the filth area, does this increase the filth size?
2. Can I pray in those clothes?
Q: Is ghusal wajib after shaving hairs from private parts?
Q: I have a disease of dripping urine. If the urine drips while I perform ghusal, do I need to perform ghusal again?
Q: Is the urine and stool of sheep, cattle and horses paak or napaak?
