Q: Nowadays in the Apple Arabic keyboard, هـ is changed to ه. Consequently all quranic words are also changed. What should we do about this? Will the meaning of the Quran change with this?

Q: Do I need to be in the state of wudhu to write Quraanic aayaat?

Q: Can you explain what was the Sabbath in the light of the Quraan?

Q: Is it true that all peaceful verses was abrogated by war verses in the Quraan? Is it also true that Surah Kafiroon was revealed when the Muslims were weak... When Muslims got the power to fight against disbelievers Surah kafiroon was abrogated? Ad-Dahhak bin Muzahim said, it abrogated every agreement of peace between the prophet and any idolator, every treaty and every term. (Tafsir ibn kathir on 9:5) Al-Awfi said that Ibn Abbas commented "No idolator had anymore treaty or promise of safety ever since Surah Bara'ah was revealed (Tafsir ibn kathir on 9:5)

Can you enlighten us with your answer?

Q:

1. Is it permissible to make and use Quraan Shareef covers from silk?

2. If it is permissible for women, is it also permissible for men?

Q: In the Quran (3:54) it is said that Allah is the best of planners. Is it appropriate to use the urdu word ‘makkaar’ in the case of ‘planner’ or is it attributing a bad quality to Allah?

Q: "Eat and drink until the white thread of dawn appears clear from the dark line, then fast until the night falls" (Sayaqool:187)... I want clarification on this, in the Quran it is clearly described that fast until the night falls not the dawn falls out.

Q: When I recite Quraan, whether looking inside or not, if I dont know the correct pronunciation of a word or I don't know what the next word is, I guess what it is and continue in that way. I feel lazy to check the correct word or its pronunciation even though I have a Qur'an near me.

Also, sometimes when I read Qur'an while looking inside, I guess the next ayah or the continuation of same ayah because I feel that I know it or I have heard or read a similar ayah somewhere. I don't read a word wrong while knowing the correct pronunciation.

Is this the same case as adding or removing a word or letter?

Q: If I am walking on the street and I recite a verse of sajdah tilaawat several times while continuing to walk, how many sajdahs should I make? 

Q: I have too many Quraan cassettes. Can I throw them in a recycle box or what do I do with them?
