Proving scientific theories from the Qur'an

Q: I have an important aqidah question. Some Muslim apologists are claiming Surah 51:47 is discussing scientific foreknowledge of the expanding universe in secular science. They claim the word "musiuna" in the ayah means "expanding", is this correct? I read in Surah 79:28, it says the heavens were "rafa'a", raised, which is past tense, which contradicts expanding. Does Al Quran teach an expanding, or static universe?

Explanation of Surah Noor Aayah 26

Q: Alhamdulillah Allah Ta'ala gives me toufeeq to pray 5 times a day. To please him is always my first concern. This is mentioned in the Quraan that bad men are for bad women and good men are for good women. No doubt the Qur'an is true. There are many couples where the lady is pious but the husband is characterless and vice versa. Please explain to me in detail.

Tafseer of Surah Yunus aayat 94

Q: My question is regarding verse 10:94 in the holy Quran which has been questioning my Imaan and creating major doubts in my mind. The verse is within surah Yunus and as follows. Via th http://quran.com/10/94. Is it trying to imply that Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) had doubts? Please help me it is really confusing. And that we should go read the bible and torah as they are the true messages of God?

Pause signs in the Qur'an

Q: Why does the Usmaani script of the Quran not have the same signs of pause as in the Indopaak script? For example in many verses of the Quran, I see one verse in the indopaak script has a compulsory stop sign but that same Verse in the uthmani script doesn't have it. Like in Ayat number 13 of Surah Yaseen. The meem which is used to indicate a compulsory stop is Present in Ayat number 13 of Surah Yaseen in the indopaak script but it isn't present in the uthmani script. Why is this?
