Earning the reward of two accepted Hajj for one visiting Madinah Munawwarah after Hajj

Q: Is it permissible to quote the following Hadith regarding the virtue of visiting Madinah Munawwarah, “Whoever performs Hajj in Makkah, then he comes to (visit) me in my Musjid (in Madinah Munawwarah), then (the reward of) two accepted Hajj will be written for him”. I found this Hadith mentioned in Fazaail-e-Hajj of Hazrat Shaikul Hadith Moulana Muhammad Zakariyya (rahimahullah). Some people have mentioned to me that this Hadith is a fabrication.

Toenail reconstruction for a permanently damaged toenail

Q: I am a Muslim woman and have a permanently damaged toenail due to trauma. Although it is not causing physical problems, the appearance of the nail causes me significant embarrassment and distress and affects my confidence.

I am getting married soon and would like to know whether it is permissible to use a cosmetic toenail reconstruction or similar treatment to restore the appearance of the damaged nail. My intention is not simply beautification, but to conceal and correct a defect that resulted from injury and that causes me considerable emotional distress.

If such a treatment forms a layer over the nail, how would this affect the validity of wudu? Is there any allowance in this situation, or would it need to be removed for wudu?

Calling interest "service charge"

Q: There is a government youth development department here. There is a loan project and it was declared on the terms 9% service charge for women with no Riba.

9% at gradually low rate.

Is working as a youth development officer halaal there or taking the loan?

It’s a charitable government department but yet there is that 10% service charge for men, 9% service charge for women, etc. rate for other gender.

Having love for Hazrat Muaawiyah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) and all the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu ‘anhum)

Q: A few days ago, Salmaan Nadwi of India passed away. Some people were praising him, whereas he was a person who spoke ill of the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu ‘anhum) – especially Hazrat Muaawiyah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu). He made many derogatory statements about Hazrat Muaawiyah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) and disgraced him. Is it permissible to praise this man seeing that he reviled the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu ‘anhum) and Hazrat Muaawiyah (radhiyallahu ‘anhu), and he showed them great disrespect until the end of his life?
