Q: A person passed away. He had two sons who were to inherit from him. One son wishes to renounce his share and give it to his brother. How does he go about this in Islamic Law? 

Q: In Fazail e Amaal, Fazail e Quraan I have read a riwaayat that the reciter of Surah Hadeed, Surah Waqiya and Surah Rahman will be named among the people living in Jannatul Firdaus. 

If this is true does one have to recite these surahs everyday?

Q: Virtue of reciting Surah Ikhlaas 10 times:

(1) Enter Jannah from any of its entrance. (2) Marry any Hoor (Houri) in the Jannah. (Tafsir Ibn Kathir 5/616) 

Is this true? This virtue is for anyone that recite Surah Ikhlas ten times after obligatory prayers.

Q: Is it permissible for a step father to hold and hug his step daughter?

Q: The bride chose a musjid which has a ladies section and desires to be present for her nikkah. Is this allowed? 

Furthermore, does she have to choose the musjid closest to home or can she use a musjid 2.5km away?

Q: 

1. A lady in haidh had entered into ihram, entered Makkah, then thought that her haidh was over (no bleeding for two days) so she completed the rites of Umrah. She then started bleeding again and realised that her haidh was still continuing. 

What should she do after her haidh has completed? 

Will she need to go to tan'eem and renew her ihraam as well? 

Was her coming out of ihraam valid such that using scented items etc. would not require any compensation? 

2. She performed a nafl tawaaf during that time as well (wherein she was actually still in haidh), what should she do in this case?

Q: I have planned to go for Umrah in July 2025 along with my mother (age 62 years). We will go together and perform Umrah together. But after that, my mother will stay at the house of her own sister's daughter. She will stay there for 15 days. Meanwhile, I will return alone after performing Umrah. She will also return alone from Makkah to Delhi and I will pick her up from Delhi Airport. Whether, returning alone from Makkah to Delhi for my mother is permissible.

Q: Does Islam allow a Muslim woman to get her nikah annulled from an Islamic court without her husband's consent and when the man is refusing in the situations mentioned as under?

Her husband is an ill intentioned and greedy person who also emotionally blackmails his wife and in laws to grant him co ownership of an asset which the family gifted to their daughter.

After getting married, the woman got to know her husband is actually a homosexual with no interest in women. He married his wife out of societal pressure. 

Before getting married, the man deceived the woman and her family about his social status claiming to possess a good job when in reality his situation was very different. Had the girl known the truth she would not have married him. 

The man has two wives but does not deal with them equitably. prefers one over the other in terms of time allocation and material provisions, neither is he willing to change himself.

Q: Does a woman's salaah differ from the males salaah and is it mentioned in Ahaadith or Quraanic sources?
