Retracting after giving land as waqf
Q: According to Imaam Abu Hanifah (rahimahullah), a person can retract the waqf he made during his lifetime. If he retracts, is his wealth haraam?

Q: My question is regarding children giving charity. From what I know, it is not permissible for them to give Sadaqah etc. from their own wealth. What about giving gifts from their own wealth? Also, what if they buy sweets with their own money, and then decide to to share them? How does it work?
I’m teaching, and the above topic came up. They were quite disappointed that they cannot give until they are baaligh, and it sounded like a lot of them had given before. They were asking if they got any reward for what they gave, or does it not count? Is it a sin? What must I tell them?

Does the tenant pay all of the above?
Does the land lord pay rates and taxes (property rates) and tenant pays for the rest?

1. Can a female wear stainless-steel rings that are gold-plated or silver-plated?
2. Besides rings, can a woman wear other jewellery that is not made from gold or silver e.g. earrings, necklace, bangles, etc?
Q: I am an outsourced employee in a bank and working as a software developer. I have been assigned a desk in the bank. Usually I consume water and tea provided by the bank. Are these water and tea halaal to use for me as these facilities are provided by bank?
Q: When a couple are divorced, then all gifts are to remain with the person they were given to, but what about the wedding ring? This is given as a recognition of being married. Thus, on termination of the marriage, should the wedding ring be given back to the husband?
