Supplier putting a condition that a sale cannot be cancelled once an item is ordered

Q: My supplier sends me pictures and specifications of items that he is selling via WhatsApp. Whatever items I want, I order via WhatsApp. Is it permissible for my supplier to put a condition that once I order an item, the order cannot be cancelled, or is stipulating such a condition zulm (oppression and extortion)?

Sale of a Person in Financial Constraints

Q: What is the ruling of Shari’ah in regard to a person who is in financial constraints and people (e.g. his creditors) take advantage of his situation? They are well aware that due to his situation, if they offer him an extremely low price for his goods, he will accept due to his desperation and sell it to them. An item worth R50 will easily be sold to them for R5. Is it permissible for them to ‘squeeze’ him in this manner, due to which they will get much more money from him than he actually owes them?

Husband making his wife work and pay for the house expenses

Q: I have a question around financial obligation of a husband.

I have a property which I pay for in terms of mortgage. I also have two children whom I provide for as their father refuses to. I work full time and have a part-time income to make ends meet. Prior to marriage, I used to get tax credits that allowed me to pay my bills.

I have re-married. My husband initially paid me 1/4 of the household expenses which I thought was unfair. After numerous arguments he has increased it to 1/2 the sum. My husband earns 4 times what I earn. He is always out with his work colleagues under the pretext of a working dinner. He eats out at least twice a week. He is aware that I cannot afford the luxuries of going out with my friends as I have a low income.

He lives in my house which I'm happy to share with him, however, when I ask him to share his money, he refuses. His argument is that he is providing for me.

Even down to the car I drive, is on its last leg... I've asked if I could share his car if I needed a more reliable car when he's not using it at which he's refused.

I'm expected to run the house as well as maintain a full time job as well as a part time job.

My situation has not improved after marriage. I'm made to feel like his maid. He pays his share towards the house, but there is no understanding or consideration towards me.

Can you please provide some guidance on this.

Ownership of a house where children gave money to the father to purchase the house

Q: My father bought a house 17 years ago. In buying that house, my brother and sister also gave some money.

Later my brother made a third floor for that house and inveested money for renovations. The house is on my mother's name.

Recently both my parents have passed away. We are one brother and six sisters.

I want to know, do we have to divide the house according to Shariah because it had money of my sister and brother also and if yes, how to do that.

We found out that we are pregnant again and very scared because of health issues as well. What is the Islamic stand on abortion?

Wearing shoes thinking that the word Allah is written on it

Q: I have these shoes that say Air Max on them. I feared at one point that the way it was written, it could be that it looked like the way if one wrote لله

If I wore these what would be the ruling? What if I wasn’t sure and wore them intending no disrespect. Also, what if I thought they didn’t intend to write that and I would leave the shoes in the bottom of a shoe shelf on top of other shoes?
