Q: Is it Fardh-e-Ain to praise Allah Ta'ala and His Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)?

Q: There is a person who is a khunsa (hermaphrodite), but classified as a man now due to beard, urination etc. But he originally had two private parts. He does not have any attraction to any gender.

1. Is this person considered a khunsa or a man?

2. Is his imaamat of men valid? Or makrooh or what

3. Can a mukhannas be an imam?

From what I understand that it is a man but with womenly movements and speech

Q: I want to perform hajj e badal for my father who passed away with the intention of performing hajj. My sister wants to put her share in hajj e badal in the form of sharing the expenses of hajj. Is it ok if my sister pools money with me and I perform hajj e badal for our father?

Q: Is it permissible to have a musjid open day where non-Muslims are invited to the musjid with the intention of dawah and presenting Islam to them? In today’s times, we find that this practice is becoming common in various places. Is this practice in conformance with the sunnah?

Q: Is walking on the right hand side of the road considered to be amongst the aadaab (etiquettes) of the road? Some brothers say this is part of the aadaab of gusht but others say this is not true as the road isn't something honorable.

Q: If a person had done a wassiyyat to give all his wealth to his nephew five years ago. Last year, he made a wassiyyat to give all his wealth to the mosque. Which wassiyat should be considered, the first or last? 

Q: I have a signed an offer to purchase a property. The process of transfer has not yet started. Someone now wants to buy the property and he is offering me an amount of money to cancel the offer to purchase. Is it permissible for me to accept the money?

Q: A woman has been having recurring miscarriages. She has had 4 miscarriages in 9 years. Between the first 2 miscarriages and the last 2 miscarriages she gave birth to a child who has been diagnosed with a genetic disorder which manifests as global developmental disorder.

After several consultations with gynaecologists, fertility specialists and genetic specialists, it has been determined that there are two highly likely reasons for the recurring miscarriages.
1. The shape of the womb which can be surgically corrected.
2. Genetic disorders which spontaneously occur when the embryo is formed (Both parents are not carrying any defective gene or any translocations).

The fact that she already has a child with a genetic disorder, there is a possibility of future children being born with a genetic disorder and/or miscarriages to recur.

She has been advised to pursue IVF. Whereby her eggs (number varies according to production in the ovary) are extracted and her husband’s sperm is taken and fertilization takes place outside the body (tube). The embryos are then tested for genetic disorders and the defective ones are discarded. The best one or two are implanted in the uterus and the rest of the non defective ones are kept safely for future use. If they are not used within a stipulated period they are discarded.

Due to the above medical reasons, is it permissible for the woman to pursue IVF treatment?

Q: I've been diagnosed with various medical ailments over the pass few months and new ones have started. It's becoming too expensive for me to see different specialists... Is there an authentic amal or namaz which can relieve me of all my problems? I just don't seem to be getting better and it's frustrating.

Q: I want to buy a computer for 8000 aed by credit card. My bank is offering 0 percent interest installments for that. But they are charging me a one time processing fee of 50 aed to convert the whole amount (8000 aed) into 3 months installments. Please let me know if this processing fee will be considered as interest or is it permissible.
