Spouses not getting along or spending time together

Q: If the husband only brings up the past on to when the wife used to fight with him and for what, (normal daily fights, nothing big) which made him the person he is, he should forgive her and move on but he chooses to live in the past and think that way which is affecting their present and future married life. The husband and wife do not get along at all due to not spending time together or doing anything with each other. Please advise.

Using shyft by Standard Bank

Q: Forex trading currency through mobile app from standard bank. Money is transferred to shyft in rands, which can be used to purchase at any time through a physical card or virtual card. Rands can also be traded for four specific currencies. These currencies, if in possession can also be used for purchasing through a virtual card. From what I read, no interest is involved and no hidden costs. Only fees for trading between currencies and amount is agreed before confirming transaction. This is called shyft from standard bank.

Is it permissible to use?

Woman getting pregnant with another man's child during iddat and aborting the child

Q: Can you please help me with the Islamic ruling on the following:

1. If a woman in her iddah falls pregnant from another man during her iddah through adultery, how does that affect her iddah? She was not pregnant at the time the talaaq was given. She has not had relations with her husband at all for 4 months before the talaaq was given and neither after (they slept in different bedrooms). She had one menstrual cycle during the iddah and fell pregnant in month 2 with another man's child. This was the second talaaq as the husband issued one talaaq on a previous occassion but took her back during the iddah period. How will she proceed with the iddah?

2. If she aborts, how does that affect the iddah?

Husband checking his wife's messages and social media accounts

Q: Wouldn't it be permissible for a husband to check his wife's phone and her messages in WhatsApp and social media? I have seen some Ulama say it is not permissible because it is her private interactions. But I was confused about what they said. How else can you ensure that your wife is not falling into something bad? Isn't it like checking your child's phone?
