Q: A woman is at some public place (e.g park, bazar, airport) and she has to offer fardh salaah. What will be the correct method:

1. Offer salaah with qiyaam

2. Offer salaah while sitting (omitting qiyaam due to the presence of na mahrams around)

3. Offer first rakaat with qiyaam, while the rest of the rakaats sitting.

Q: We know that in Islam a woman is forbidden from asking for khula for no legitimate reason. We also know that she cannot prevent her husband from marrying a second wife.

In the case where the wife deeply knows that she cannot cope with having a co-wife and this causes her alot of emotional harm, hatred towards her husband which causes her to not wanting to fulfil his rights nor stay with him or look at him, in this case, is that a legitamate reason for her to ask for a divorce if the husband tells her that he is going to get married to a second wife?

Q: What is the fatwa with regards to performing salaah with the social distance protocol during this pandemic of covid 19?

Q: I am a government employee. I work on the computer. Often, there is little work and most of the time we are free. My questions are: 

1. Can I use the Govt. computer and internet for further learning advanced technologies?

2. Can I use it for listening to Islamic lectures?

3. Can I use it for work with some other companies as most the time I have no work to do?

Furthermore, the internet service is free and does not incur extra charges. 

Q: My mother suffered with asraat a few years back. Alhumdullilah she got cured back then with the help of Quran. That time the raqi did say that there was black magic done on my mother but he didn't say who did it. I have observed my phupo (dad's sisters) that she only visits our place on full moon days like purnam or something like that...

I don't know what it is but it makes me worried for my parents. We, as a family have seen hell this long. I don't want to think anything evil about my phupo but it just flashes in my mind... Please help me with any dua or anything that could make me get rid of this feeling.

Q: The Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) and everyone else were forbidden to see the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) reading quran with his head in the lap of Aaisha (radhiyallahu anha). They were also forbidden from seeing him kiss Aaisha (radhiyallahu anha) on the forehead.

So my question is: Is it permissible to imagine the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) placing his head on the lap of Aaisha (radhiyallaha) and reading quran? Is it permissible to imagine him kissing Aisha (radhiyallahu anha) on the forehead?

I sent this question twice to aqwaf (not your website) and they replied that it is permissible. But I find it difficult to trust their answer because the principle says: EVERYTHING THAT IS FORBIDDEN TO SEE IS EQUALLY FORBIDDEN TO IMAGINE.

Also, I ask you to elaborate what it means to imagine him in a respectful manner. Because there are scholars that say that imagining him naked is kufr size sin. Isn't the imagining of him with his head in the lap of Aisha (radhiyallahu anha) and reading quran somehow close to indecency with imagining him naked? Because placing your head in your wife's lap is one of the ways of showing affection and intimacy, although not sexual but it is still intimacy. And it is relatively close to sexual intimacy because from one kiss and one touch you can easily end up having sexual intercourse.

When he read quran with his head in the lap of Aisha (radhiyallahu anha) he undoubtedly felt the soft and kind touch of her legs below his head. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) undoubtedly felt her kind lap keeping his head straight in order for him to read quran.

Pininterest.com (a non Islamic website like Wikipedia) even has a picture of a man kissing a veiled woman in the forehead with the title: The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) used to kiss Aisha (radhiyallahu anha) before leaving for prayer. Is it allowed to look at this picture?

LASTLY BECAUSE I HAD AN INSTINCT TO IMAGINE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE, I ASK YOU to elaborate the saying: (THAT HE MUST BE IMAGINED IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER). What does it mean to imagine the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) in a respectful manner? Is it respectful if you imagine him with old clothes because he was poor? Is it respectful to imagine him sick and weak in his death bed? Is it respectful if you imagine his skeleton, stomach, heart, liver?

Q: Is it permissible to "like" photos on social networking sites, like the photo of a sister who is not covering her hair or who is not wearing the right type of clothes or who is adorned with make up?

Q: Is it permissible for one to work as an accountant for shops such as Pick n Pay, Makro, Checkers? These shops sell halaal, as well as non halaal items such as alcohol and non halaal meat.

Q: I wanted to know whether it is permissible for a girls madressah to have jalsa when the girls graduate in their final year. The jalsah will consist of a nasheed sang by the girls, a play, a qiraat read etc.

Q: Can a person face his back towards the Qiblah while bathing?
