Reading Surah Faatiha as a dua during haidh

Q: My wife started an amal quoted in Fazaail-e-Aamal in which she was supposed to recite Surah Faatiha a particular number of times between the sunnat and Farz of Fajr Salaah consecutively for 7 days starting from the first Sunday of the lunar month. After starting the amal for 3 days she started menstruating. What should be done now as her regular menstruating time is around the first Sunday of the lunar month?

Husband telling wife "Let's go to the Qazi and get a talaaq"

Q: One day me and my husband were quarreling. I said that, "you have ruined my life". Hearing that, he became angry and told me two or three times, "ok then, let's go to the Qazi and get a talaq". He did not have any intention to give me talaq or he did not say "talaq talaq talaq or I am giving you divorce". He just told me that to make me feel bad. In this case did the talaq take place?

Musaafir changing his intention

Q: My question is regarding a musaafir:

A person left Verulam with the intention of going to Pietermaritzburg (this is safr distance). On his way, he stops in Chatsworth and changes his mind and says that he is going back home so he reads 4 rakaats asr in Chatsworth as he was told that he is no more a musaafir. Is this correct? When does he become a muqeem and does he have to repeat his asr salaah?

Helping a non-mahram woman

Q: Is it allowed to protect a helpless, na-mahram female?

For example, at school, if some children plan to throw something (for instance, a bottle or a ball) on a specific na-mahram girl who doesn't have a guardian at school (such as an elder brother or the like), nor has the confidence to take action against theses stupid boys (after the incident happens), firstly, would it be permissible for one to protect her from this (there are no elders one can turn to at that exact moment, because the deed would be done by the time one involves an adult into this matter)?

Secondly, would it still be permissible for a na-mahram to defend her even if he has feelings for her?
