Suspended talaaq
Q: I had a fight with my wife and in anger, I told her that if you will do this work again you will be divorced on me.
My question is that if she does that work, will the divorce take place?

Husband telling wife "Let's go to the Qazi and get a talaaq"
Q: One day me and my husband were quarreling. I said that, "you have ruined my life". Hearing that, he became angry and told me two or three times, "ok then, let's go to the Qazi and get a talaq". He did not have any intention to give me talaq or he did not say "talaq talaq talaq or I am giving you divorce". He just told me that to make me feel bad. In this case did the talaq take place?
Will nikaah become invalid if spouses don't have intercourse?
Q: If a husband and wife didn't or couldn't physically have intercourse with each other for a long time (due to some illness or any other reason), will the nikaah be cancelled after 7 years?
Having intimate relations after faskh of nikaah
Q: My wife was granted a faskh and now she is in iddah but we still have sex. Is the faskh still valid?
Does telling one's wife that she can leave constitute talaaq?
Q: Many times I fought with my wife and angrily my wife unintentionally said to me that she is going to leave my house. I also replied the same (ok you may go) but it was unintentionally and I knew that we both were not serious. Is this type of fighting considered talaaq? Please advice.
Wife cursing the nikaah
Q: I had an argument with my wife on some issue two years back. During the argument she used the words cursed (lanat) for the nikaah. I am wondering if it has any implication on my nikaah.
Paying zakaat when reconciling after talaaq
Q: If a husband divorced his wife once and took her back, our local mufti agreed that the divorce can be forgiven. Does the husband need to pay zakaat to the poor or do something else? If he does need to pay then how much?
Telling one's wife "You are my mother or you are my sister"
Q: If a husband tells his wife, "you are my mother, you are my sister or my mother, my sister" without intending zihaar, what will happen?
Husband saying wife is haraam or haraami
Q: If a husband says to his wife "haraam or haraami" without the intention of divorce or if the parent's (husband and wife) say that their children are "haraam or haraami", is there any problem with this?
Will faskh in haidh be counted as first haidh for iddat?
Q: I had faskh done on the 27th January 2019. My haidh started on the 23rd January to 3rd February 2019. Will this haidh be included as one haidh for iddat?
