Talaaq

Wife asking the husband for divorce and husband responding with "Ok, fine"

Q: If a woman says to her husband that "okay if you don't want to live with me than divorce me, the husband replied, "Ok, fine" ... does it imply talaq? If yes, than considering the ignorance of the husband that he doesn't know that saying this establishes talaq, still will it be considered as talaq?

Second question, if a husband says to his wife that I don't consider you as my wife. What does it mean? Is this also considered as talaq?

Wife claiming 50% of husband's wealth after divorce

Q: My wife and I are experiencing marital problems. She is demanding a divorce from me. According to the legal system of the country where I reside, in the case of divorce, she has the right to claim 50% of my assets. I have not yet paid her mahr to her. She is now demanding 50% of my wealth as well as her unpaid mahr.

If she takes advantage of the legal system and takes me to court claiming 50% of my wealth, will this wealth be halaal for her according to Shariah and will I still have to give her the outstanding mahr?

Doubts regarding talaaq

Q: I was with my uncle and he said "To hemesha wife ka sath hotien hai humara sath bi waqat guzaru" then I came back to my wife's room and said to her because she was upset with me that I am going somewhere with a friend and then I said to my wife that my uncle says, "kabi biwi ko bi chor diya karo jab dehko wife ka sath" then when I was saying it I was getting feeling about divorce. Are these words of niyyat or not? Then I start getting thought and then I said something I don't remember but now I am afraid maybe something utter metophor word during this. But I don't remember after that, should I pay attention to these because I use to get thoughts of divorce doubt of niyyat and checking whether I utter or not that kind of every day.

Revoking a talaaq

Q: Suppose if I give my wife one talaq by word Insha Allah with the niyah of rejoining we are getting separated, and after that she is not fulfilling iddah. everyother day we are together. We are involved in sexual activity too. I found that that talaq is not valid. So to avoid doubt I said in my heart that I did rujoo in presence of Allah with my wife ( I took name and said daughter of Muhammad Iqbal). Will this talaq be issued? After sexual relationship is our marriage reconcieled automatically?

How does one determine what type of talaaq is issued?

Q: How does one determine that a person issued a particular type of talaaq to his wife. If a talaaq is used as 'I divorce you' how does the poor wife know if this is a talaaq-e-raj'ee (revocable talaaq) or talaaq-baain (irrevocable talaaq). Does it depend on the intention in the heart of the husband and if so how does the wife know which type of talaaq is issued?
