Talaaq

Q: If a husband and wife are fighting and the wife asks for a divorce but the husband has no intention to give divorce and remains silent, then the wife again says that I can't live with you and husband unintentionally says okay but no intention of divorce at all. Now the wife said to him that since you said okay to my statement, our marriage is over. Please explain if it is a divorce even if the husband did not utter anything except okay. If it is a divorce then how many take place? 

Q:

1. If a man does not remember that he divorced his wife or not, does talaq takes place?

2. If a man utter the word talaq e.g. usne bola talaq talaq talaq and the wife is on the phone and she heard it? Does talaq takes place in both situations even when the man does not want give her talaq?

Q: My wife and I have been going through some problems and we have been arguing for a over a year and I was fed up so I gave her the right of divorce (tafweedh), the other day we were arguing and she had just come of the phone with her ex husband, the father of her daughter whom she had also had an argument with. I said to her that she was upset after arguing with him and she was taking it out on me. She said "We always become one afterwards" in urdu and I repeated to her that thats fine you become one with him, you become one and then she said yes we will, sarcastically. I was upset and I repeated it that you become one and then she uttered the words I divorce you, I divorce you, I divorce you in urdu 3 times... Now I dont know where we stand and neither does she. Really, deep down she doesnt want the divorce and to be honest neither did I. Please help us and give us guidance on this matter.

Q: I have a question regarding divorce. If a man used 2 times the word of divorce to his wife and no was standing between them. She closed her ears and she is pregnant. Did the divorce take place or not?

Q: Want to ask if a man is really really angry and he is a drug addict. In bad anger he doesn't know what he is doing. Then he say 2 talak to woman and woman didn't hear it. Some family member heard it, then what? Man is fully on heroin for the last 20 years and he said it in anger. It was bad anger. After we mention it to him that he said that, he said that he doesn't know. Is it acceptable or not? 

Q: My husband has given me talaaq on bond paper three times. Furthermore he has written, upon saying to his parents that I can remarry after completeing iddat. He was not fulfilling my rights. Now he is saying he was doing all this to put me underpressure. I am feeding his child, is this talaaq valid? Although I love my husband very much I dont want to leave him. 

Q: When I am upset or angry with my wife at that time I thought in my heart it is better to give divorce to my wife, will divorce take place or not?

Q: I've a question about my cousin (female). She was married forcefully by her parents. They forced her emotionally and with other lies and she was married. She was never happy with her marriage and she never let her husband make any relation with her. She never even let him touch her and asked for Khulaa (Divorce). When her husband forcefully tried to have some physical relation with her she said the following words: "I declare you haraam on me in the presence of Allah (with Allah as my witness). Now any relation among us will be invalid or haraam".

Now I want to ask:

1. If their marriage ends with her saying this?

2. Does she still needs a divorce? and there is no effect on their marriage?

Q: I have 3 points in my questions.

1. What is the rulling in shariah about the person who is suffering with waswasa problem might utterd the word divorce unintentionally and unintentionally.

2. If someone uttered the divorce word without any intention he just uttered due to some doubt about divorce and waswasa than is it count when he was reading regarding and thinking about this.

3. I had lot of doubt about divorce statments due to waswasa problem I might had utterd divorce word or something like this in past but I am not 100% sure I had just doubt because I have been suffering with waswasa problem since long time due to this problem many times I had repeated my all prayers and also wudhu and ghusl. Due to waswasa problem sometimes I uttered many words when I am alone so feel fear and worry what to do and how to get rid out of this situation.

Q: If a husband says "go away if you have a problem" to his wife. Did he give one talaaq to his wife?

If this is considered talaaq then what should a husband do in such a case?
