Q: My husband said several times that he wants to divorce me and wants to leave me... He said "you are divorced at this point" I am sending you divorce papers... I am done with you... I don't want to live with you... Am I divorced? He texted me all that. He is in Canada I am in Pakistan.

Q: I was married in 2005. To date I have given two divorces to my wife. Now we are living together but my wife feels some insecurity that the third one can happen any time in anger. Now my question is whether I can surrender my divorce right to my wife by amendment in Nikaah Naama etc.

Q: I want to ask that my husband said three times "Tum mutalaka ho" which is used as an alternative to "Tumay talaq deta houn". Am I divorced? Is this statement valid?
