Q: On the 9th of December my husband told me its over over whatsapp but after that we slept together and told me he didn't mean what he said and then again he told me "I'm done" and again over whatsapp that was on the 3rd of January and then my mum asked him are you and my daughter finished now, so he said yes. Q: I wish to mention that +-10 years ago my wife and myself had an argument and during that argument she claims that I had verbally mentioned talaq 3 times to her. I did not mention that but said, tala tala tila. Both of us engaged with her family regarding this matter. They accepted and said we can carry on living together. During that time we had a baby girl who is currently 7 years of age, and my eldest then who is now 15. We worked together in building our family, invested in property and together furnished a new home. We also travelled abroad and shared family vacations together. Only until recently due to our current issues the talaaq matter came up for no reason. Kindly revert with feedback if the marriage is valid or not?

Q: I'm a young 27 year old divorced mother of 4 daughters. Last year December I got remarried to my second husband. He is 24 year old never married and of purity a virgin, he was with me for a week, a week after he left we fought and I landed in ICU for pseudo seizures due to depression and a week after that he divorced me while I was in ICU. I explained that one shouldn't be nasty to ones parents, but explain in a nice way, because there is no valid reason of disapproval, and nikaah had already taken place, now what I wanted to know is if how talaq was done is right or wrong? It was done over watsapp all were done for no valid reasons, like when I asked to leave me alone in hospital, I was just crying and crying, he gave a 2nd talaaq for that over watsapp. Is it a proper way to give talaaq or not?

Q: Please help. Me and my wife had an argument and I have said to her "here is your car keys and your house keys bye bye" meaning I left you. I think I was just angry and wanted to punish her or make her worried and I don't really know what my intention was when I said these words. I wrote to Islamic Sharia council uk and this is what they said (These words without clear and firm intention of divorce, will not constitute an Islamic Divorce.) Is this correct because if this is correct my intention was not firm for divorce. Brother when I said these words to her if she would have said to me at that time "give me a talaq " I would have said to her NO, so brother do you think I was treating her but didn't want to divorce her judging by my first sentence?
Q: A person tried to save their marriage and it resulted in one talaaq and the marriage is over due to iddat period being complete. However the husband insists that the wife should remarry him but doesn't want to acknowledge that he has a drug problem. Therefore no help or efforts to reform him can be made. The wife has no intention to reconcile because of this. There are kids from the marriage as well. Is she sinful in anyway? Can society blame her for not going back because she has kids? Please advise.
