Q: Is it permissible for females to have:

1. More than one ear piercing?

2. A tongue piercing?

Q: I'd like to enquire about the usage of carmine in make up products. If in lipstick / blush or eyeshadow. Is it's usage allowed?

Q: Is it permissible for men to wear jeans?

Q:  Some of my clothes are only see-through when looked at closely. The skin can only be seen underneath if there is enough light and if I look very closely but to an onlooker from afar, they would not be able to see my skin. Am I allowed to wear such clothes during Namaaz, which are opaque and not transparent but only see-through from a near distance?

Q: With regard to women's clothing, when a woman is going out, how must she be dressed? Mostly in today's time with outdoor activity, how must she be dressed (example: swimming, picnics, etc.). Please give some explanation. 

Q: My wife wears "Kaali Poth" which married Muslim women wear in Andhra Pradesh, India. Is it haraam to wear it? Will her Salaat be valid if she prays wearing it? 

Q: If the nail gets long and were not cut in a week, will the wudu and namaz still be valid?

Q: I have come across the fatwa on Nike. I have 3 questions:

1. Is the swoosh also impermissible?

2. If a person wears Nike, will he be commiting kufr?

3. What should I do with my Nike clothing?

Q: Is shaving with razors haraam for women in Islam?
