Good Character

Q: I get schooling allowance for my kids from my company. Let say 1000. But actual fee is only 100 because the school is not of good standard. For that reason i have to send my kid for special private tuition which cost me 300 which is not entertained by company. transportation fee is covered but i do not claim because my house is near to school my kid goes by walk. The question is can I submit fake transportaion bill, once claimed i want to cover private tuition fee. Note all these expenses are within the range the company offers me that is 1000.

Q: My 13 year old daughter is accused of something which she didn't do. I want to prove her innocence. She is a special child. What should I do to reveal the truth and find the real culprit? Please help me.

Q: I know that telling a lie is a sin in Islam. Islam has laid a great stress on speaking the truth. But some times people do not give us our rights unless we tell a lie. Example: A person is an employee of a company. His salary is 10000 and company tells him that he should work hard and after completion of some project company will raise his salary to 15000. But after completion of annual year/project company terminates him from job. Now person's work worth according to the market rate is 15000. But when this persons goes to next company for new job , if he tells them that his job was terminated and salary was 10000 (not 15000 which was his right now), new company will never take him on the reasonable salary (i.e. 15000). I want to ask that in this situation where we are unable to get our rights can we speak lie e.g. regarding salary to just get our right, not with the intention of harming any one?

Q: I would like to ask what would someone have to do in a situation where he does not remember all the people he has back bited in the past (nor whom) and what to do to gain salvation in this regard.

Q: If I made gheebat of a person and I repent to Allah. The person is not aware of me making gheebat of them, do I still need to ask them for maaf?

Q: If I deliberately go through a persons personal file and see personal stuff about them. I then repent to Allah for my sin. Do I need to tell the person what I did and ask them for maaf too. They are totally unaware of it.

Q: I would like to ask if someone knows the truth and is hiding it from others in order to save the bad person or guilty one, what does the Qur'an and Hadith say about it?

Q: Is wasting water a major sin, how big of a sin is it?

Q: Can a Muslim reveal the faults of a non-Muslim?
