Giving and taking with the right hand
Q: I heard that its better to give money or pay somebody with your left hand and when you receive, its better to use the right hand. Is there anything like this in Islam?

Q: If I laugh at a person who is good and righteous, helps elderly people others and respects teachers, etc., does it lead to kufr?

I mean if one was to say Maryam Taryam and laugh, is it kufr. Taryam means dust-bin in Algerian language.

According to an intrepretation. If I make fun of someone speaking in other language which seems funny, is it as if I made fun of a language (Allah's sign) and thereby kufr?
Q: I want to ask about gheebat, is it a major sin in Islam as well as telling lies? If someone is cheating others and I know that he is a cheater and if someone ask me about him, what should I do? Should I make gheebat and tell them that he is a cheater or should I tell a lie?
