Black magic

Q: Me and my husband are suffering from black magic for separation. Can I ask him to treat himself by reading Surah baqarah, ruqya, bathing etc otherwise I have no option but to separate from him until he recovers as we are going through major misunderstandings which could eventually lead to divorce.

Committing sins after tawbah

Q: Over the past few months I started learning alot about islam and alhamdulillah by Allah's guidance I avoided even the smallest of sins, and then suddenly I gave into my desires and commited a huge sin. Is there greater punishment for the sin of someone who normally has strong self control? I returned to even greater sins after repenting and I fear my attitude towards sins is changing. I fear I may fall into a life of sin. Please let me know if Allah punishes someone who does the same sin a second time after sincere repentance?

Conditional talaaq

Q: Me and my wife have been arguing two months ago to reconcile. She made me take an oath of a conditional divorce. The conversation is as follows where my wife said: If she ever gets hurt by my action and she tells me she will get hurt regardless of the reason then it's talaaq x3 and if I ever know I will be hurting her and still carry on the act then its talaaq x 3. All I did was when she finished I just repeated the words talaaq x 3 only. A few days ago she told me not to do a certain act. All she said was don't do it. She didn't warn me she will be upset neither did I know she will get upset. I had done the act and she said the condition is fulfilled now its finished. Is this true? We have reconciled now and we strongly believe the conditions weren't meant as we were the ones deciding these. Will it be possible to get a Fatwaa to revoke this condition? Allah is the most merciful, He is the most forgiving so many hadeeths say Allah forgives all sins. Please could you help?

Associating with shias

Q: Many of my muslim friends say that you can't eat at a shias house but I believe as long as they are muslims and share the kalima, there is nothing wrong as long as it is within the halaal limits. Kindly clarify because i have many ithn ashari friends and wouldn't like to cross Allah's hukum.

Getting married and studying to become an Aalim

Q: For a while now I have been intending to attend a darul-Uloom to study Hifdhz and Alim Studies but people have been feeding me with negative thoughts. I will be turning twenty soon and people discourage me by saying that if I become an Alim then how will I get married while I am studying and how am I going to earn a living when I will only finish my studies when I am 30 and they say that I wont get a job because there are no jobs for Aalims available here is South Africa. Even my own family are against my opinion but I would love to take on Islamic studies and become an Aalim Insha Allah. Is there any advice one could give me?

Taking an interest bearing loan to start a business

Q: I want to start the business with my friend. We live in India. I want to have clarification with following points

1. Can I start a business by taking loan based on interest?

2. If above thing is not possible then is it OK if my partners take loan and I restrain from it?

3. Is it ok if I work in their (my partners firm) which takes loans and take my share of profit as employee?

I wanted to have clarification because in any way the firm in which I am working currently has taken loan from banks for its functioning.
