Vaginal discharge

Q: Do girls have to perform wudhu or shower after vaginal discharge? This white colored emission has been happening before puberty. My Umm says she's not sure in this case but it is better to perform wudhu. I do know that we have to do ghusal after periods but the white discharge emits at irregular times regularly--sometimes even when in the middle of the salaah.

Accepting a box of sweets from a non-Muslim

Q: I am in great trouble. My aunt has brought a box of sweets which some non Muslim has given us on the occasion of Diwali (non-Muslim festival). I did no know about it. So I have taken sweets from it and when I took one sweet from it my mind struck that this might have came on the occasion of Diwali and when I asked her, she told me yes this is on the occasion of Diwali. So I got confused how to get rid of it so I made a plan that I will take one bite of it to show other family members that I have eaten it and after spitting all the sweets which I had taken I felt that very little part of it went inside my throat which I was not able to remove. So my question is have I done kufr or shirk. Believe me, I didn't want to eat that sweet but since I have taken that sweet so I was afraid that if I reject this sweet in front of other family members, they start pinching me. I love Allah very much and also want to be free from shirk, bidat and haram things.

Hair transplant

Q: Is it permissible to have an FUE hair transplant? This is an operation wherein hair follicles are extracted from the back of the neck and from the sides of it (over the two ears) in the form of follicular units (graft) with no cutting involved, by using micro motors equipped with special punch tips of 0,6–0.1 mm. Follicular units are transplanted in thin or bald areas in their natural form without any operation whatsoever. I heard that it is haraam to use wigs or artificial hair to cover bald spots however this procedure involves the use of one's own hair.

Installing an ATM machine on one’s premises

Q: Your answer on installing an ATM refers : "since it is possible for one to withdraw interest bearing loans through this medium, it will not be permissible to install an ATM on one’s premises as one will be aiding in the sin of riba (interest)."

Question: 1) Will it not fall in the category of having a dual purpose as it is possible to withdraw halaal savings also. The property owner cannot be responsible for someone that uses the ATM for a wrong purpose similar to the sale of grapes?

2) If the illat is "the possibility of withdrawing interest bearing loans" then till point credit card machines should also be impermissible as a person whose account is already in overdraft is in fact paying by using "interest bearing loans " irrespective of using the budget or straight option of payment.

Early settlement discount

Q: Please give me guidance regarding the following:

1. We have an agreement with most of our suppliers that all accounts are to be paid within 30 days from date of statement. We receive a settlement discount of 2.5% only if we pay our account within the specified time (30 days from statement). Is this permissible?

2. In some instances, we pay a few accounts later than 30 days from statement (between 3 and 5 days later) and we are still allowed the 2.5% settlement discount from our supplier. Is this permissible?

3. If we sometimes have any extra cash flow, then is it permissible for us to call our suppliers and negotiate an extra settlement discount? For early payment of our account (that is paying our account in the same month that we purchased the goods, not 30 days from statement, but on the day we receive the statement) we are offered an extra 1.5% early settlement discount. So instead of the 2.5% only we receive a 4% settlement discount for early settlement. Is this permissible?

Terminating another person's marriage

Q: There is girl and she lives in Pakistan. She was married in 2006 wiht out her permission because she was poor and had no option. She didn't
like her husband but she could not do anything. She never loved him and her husband knows that from the very first night. He just living with her because she is beautiful and he told her that if she was not pretty then he would have married with another girl in another city secretly. They have kids now (daughters).

I met her 3 years ago because someone ask me to marry her sister and I talked to her family but in few days I found that I like her instead of her sister so I said no and I stopped talking to her.

After 2 years (last year) met again on chat and started talking and she asked me the reason but I didn't tell her but we kept talking and talking and after few weeks she got feelings for me because she never loved her husband and we got involved in each other but we never met and never cross limits Alhamdulillah. It was getting tuff for us and we tried to search if Islam allow us to marry after getting divorce from her husband but we found answer ”NO” on your website and we didn't want to risk our next life and make Allah angry. I lied to her that I am getting married and we stopped talking but in 6 months we never stopped loving each other and we pray 5 times and recite Qur'an and make dua but feeling never ended. We now talked again after 6 months and it's same. It's tough for her to live with him any more.

I know its all devilish things we did but we never cross limits and we tried to disconnect from each other. But I think now that we are making sin with this so we get married and she tells everything to her husband and get divorce. I could think different if she was in love with her husband and then changed her feelings. But she never.

We are very much religious Alhamdulillah and pray and can never think of making unlawful things but its tough now.

I want to ask if we marry then will we have any chance to get forgiveness of Allah and make Him happy. I know you must be getting angry with me but I think it's better to marry with each other than making sins.

Please help us in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
